THE COMMITTEE ON BANKING, HOUSING, AND URBAN AFFAIRS will meet in EXECUTIVE SESSION to consider S. 1271, the FEND Off Fentanyl Act; and an original measure, the RECOUP Act. Following the Executive Session, the Committee will meet in OPEN SESSION, HYBRID FORMAT to conduct a hearing on the following nominations: The Honorable Philip Nathan Jefferson, of North Carolina, to be Vice Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System; The Honorable Lisa DeNell Cook, of Michigan, to be a Member of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System; and The Honorable Adriana Debora Kugler, of Maryland, to be a Member of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System.
