Today afternoon Naviish (our son) asked for some snacks so valar gave us rice balls and its about to empty so she planned to make some snack for us, immediately we cleaned some peanuts and she started doing a snack item and after helping her we both went out for some work and we were back in the evening, I between Valar roasted some peanuts and dried and fried some sesame and grated jaggery, made some ragi roti to make a sweet recipe so after reaching home valar surprised Naviish with Ellu Urundai and he enjoyed it since he like it most and also it can be stored for some days to be used and really the ells urundai tastes good since it was made traditionally so u can also try this recipe in your home
