Konnichiwa, Delish Kitchen desu.
Today, I'm going to make Daizu no Oniku no Janbo Oba Tsukune.
I'm going to use 200g of Daizu no Oniku minced meat.
Daizu no Oniku is sold in Ito-Yokado, Ito, Japan.
Put the meat in a frying pan.
Add 200g of minced meat, 5 pieces of oba leaves, 1 piece of minced green onion,
Sake, salt, pepper, and potato starch.
Add 1 egg white and mix until it becomes sticky.
Spread the meat flat to make it 2cm thick and shape it into a ball.
Add 1 tablespoon of salad oil to the edge of the frying pan.
Heat the oil over medium heat and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until the meat is browned.
If it's hard to turn the meat over, use a plate.
Add the remaining salad oil.
Cover the lid and cook for 5 minutes over low heat until the meat is cooked.
Add the sake, mirin, sugar, and soy sauce.
Spoon the sauce over the surface and mix over medium heat.
Put the oba leaves and egg yolk on a plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
The receipt campaign to buy Daizu no Oniku in Ito-Yokado

That's all for today's Delish Kitchen.
