The Last Race at Myrtle Beach Speedway | S1ap on Location: Episode 7

In June it was announced that Myrtle Beach Speedway would host its last race ever in mid August, so me and my buddy Evan packed up our stuff and headed to the beach to see the historic track in action one last time. A track mostly known for being part of the ladder system in NASCAR, Myrtle Beach has actually hosted a number of Cup series races, and drivers from Ned Jarrett to Dale Earnhardt Jr and Joey Logano to Ryan Vargas had to come out here to prove they belonged in top series ride. A 101 lap feature was planned for the last show, and an apprehensive tension loomed in the pits all day until the green flag flew.
