The World Health Organization (WHO) is on its way to getting unilateral powers to influence policy on global pandemics. Alongside the debates, the WHO is looking to adopt a new digital COVID-19 certification on health threats, similar to that of the European Union.

In other news, as a potential solution to determine which online content is created by AI versus which is created by humans, lawmakers are proposing that AI-created content should be labeled.

And meanwhile, Congress is responding to recent whistleblower claims that the Pentagon has been reverse-engineering downed UFOs for weapons programs. Lawmakers are now calling for deeper transparency on the alleged programs.
