Okay, into Sarafa Bazaar round two. I was actually sitting at home and I was
thinking about, there's a lot of foods I missed the first time and I was kind of
hungry so I decided to come out here and just enjoy it again. So here we go, I'm
just gonna grab about three or four things and enjoy.
Hello. Going home? Going home? I came to eat. Hey bro, how are you?
What?
Yeah, I was here before.
Pau Bhaji is good here.
No, no, no, no, no problem. I'm okay, I will go. I'm not going to take you.
Just one bite.
Special Pau Bhaji. Amul butter? Yeah, Amul butter.
Okay, let's get one bite Pau Bhaji.
Good.
Nice. Nice.
Lemon, onion. Lemon, onion. Bread. Bread. Pau. Pau.
He does not know Pau. Pau, Pau, Pau.
I just asked you in English. Bhaji.
Potato Bhaji. Potato Bhaji.
Tasty. Tasty. Tasty. Remind me of Mumbai.
Egg more. Egg more. Egg more.
It's really tomatoey. It's nice.
Tomorrow. Tomorrow you'll be here. Okay.
Tomorrow nice to meet you. Tomorrow nice to meet you.
Those dudes are crazy. I kind of feel bad. I wish I would have bought more from them.
Maybe I should go back and buy more from them. If y'all don't know, if you haven't seen, I bought this from them.
And they are awesome. So yeah, that started off a little sooner than I meant for it to.
I've got to be making people angry. I'm walking on the wrong side.
I'm amazed at the amount of just Pau Bhaji at this place.
I didn't realize how much Pau Bhaji was loved.
And Pau Bhaji.
Lots of people around this one.
And I think she is Garadu. Garadu.
She's very famous.
Okay, I've never seen this before. This chaat looks good.
Oh, there's some type of chaat going on here.
Oh, look.
They have different like beautiful little chaats here.
Let's try. Namaste. Namaste.
I think it's called Tokri Chaat. I think I've seen it before in another vlog before.
I think you just got little different ones made here for like the presentation.
Looks like you got some nuts, some little snacks.
And this little shell over here.
Oh, he's ready to go now.
My uniform. Your uniform. Looks good.
Looks good.
It looks good.
Which country? America.
Is this the Tokri Chaat?
No, it's Pau Bhaji.
Oh, this is Pau Bhaji.
Pau Bhaji. Oh, Pau Bhaji.
Pau Bhaji. Pau Bhaji.
Oh my goodness.
Oh, that one looks good too.
And this is the Tokri Chaat.
Okay, so little different.
That one looks good. Has lots of chili.
I'm okay. No, no, no.
No, it's okay. Thank you.
I just hit a bike behind me.
He's gonna go now. A little chaat masala.
Are you from Pune?
I've met many people from Pune today.
Yeah, many. I was everywhere and I met everybody from Pune.
I think Pune people like indoors.
Okay, well, then we are the same.
Then I am a Pune person.
Oh, there goes his cheese.
So he got a little sweet chutney on there.
I'm sure he has a little dahi.
Spicy chutney. Cheese.
Little coriander.
Sev.
Little sev.
Thank you.
Okay, one in one.
Thank you.
Namaste. How are you?
Would you like a tokri?
Okay.
Would y'all like a tokri?
No.
I'm one person. It's okay.
You said you like to eat.
You have this.
I'll share. One in one.
Yes, one in one.
Okay, tokri for y'all.
Thank you.
You're welcome.
Thank you so much.
No, it's not one in one. It's two in one.
Maybe three. Would you like a tokri?
Okay.
Two in one is okay too.
We can share one tokri.
Okay.
Perfect.
Can you hold?
Thank you.
Perfect.
Expert.
I'll just try one tokri.
Oh, it's good.
Thank you.
Oh, this is good.
Well, maybe I'll let those deserve.
Too spicy.
This one's not too spicy.
Have the dahi.
Have the dahi, not too spicy.
Oh, this one right here?
Oh, perfect.
One picture.
Okay.
Thank you.
Nice tokri.
Wow.
Sarafa Bazaar is very fun.
Lots of good people.
I'll start it one more time.
Thank you.
This is the phapura.
I think I got it wrong again.

It's spicy.
You made a good choice.
Yes, thank you.
Welcome.
I'll keep walking and eating.
I need to pay him actually.
Thank you all.
Thank you.
Bye-bye.
How much is it?
One rupee.
I have your money.
Okay.
He says go to him.
What's your YouTube channel?
Yes.
Tell me about your YouTube channel.
Daily Max.
Daily, like every day.
Not Delhi.
I tell people like, oh, you must make many food vlogs in Delhi.
I'm like, no, no, no, no.
If you record something about us, you can post it.
Okay.
Thank you.
Very nice.
I get to show how friendly you are.
So we can watch this.
That is me.
Oh, thank you.
You have a channel?
Yes.
Daily Max.

Your name.
Your good name.
Nice to meet you.
I am Max.
What is your name?
Max.
Yes.
Your rupees.
My tokri.
This is very good.
Thank you.
This has like the nuts and everything in it.
And like lots of little snacks.
In that little cup.
Plus the dahi.
The cheese.
The sweet chutney.
Little spicy chutney.
Potato.
Beautiful.
And the last one.
Thank you sir.
Oh thank you.
The thing is different.
There's like cashew in there.
So good.
Onward.
Oh like Chinese style food going on here.
Hot.
Walk.
Hello.
Sometimes they have like tamarind snacks going on here.
It's funny.
There's so many stalls that I could have sworn I walked through here last night.
But it feels like I'm seeing everything for the first time again.
Okay.
I've seen too many of these.
We got to try them out.
Namaste.
Egg jamun.
DJ.
So we got a jamun shoot.
Jamun shot.
So this is like an Indian blackberry I do believe.
I'm not 100% sure what it is.
But from what I read I think it's a type of blackberry.
And you can look at that color.
Almost looks like acai doesn't it?
You can do a pond.
Guava.
Strawberry.
Mango.
Good for health.
Oh my gosh.
Look at that purple color.
I'll come over here to the side.
Okay.
Thank you.
This is like a real shot.
I even got salt on the side and everything.
Let's try it.
Oh.
It's like really pithy.
I was not ready for that.
You really do kind of need that.
It's like a little shot of vodka.
With the salt.
30?
Thank you.
That's 70.
I'm afraid to smile now.
Do I have anything in my teeth?
I don't know what happened over here but they just opened up and it got crazy.
We're going to have to ask somebody.
Oh that's why.
That looks good.
Wow.
Let's look.
What are they selling?
Chole.
That looks good.
I've never had this one.
Is it good?
Really good.
Okay.
It's just spicy.
I'm going to try to get one after you.
Are you getting one?
Yes.
Okay.
How much is it for one?
60.
Okay.
I will get one too.
I'll be ready.
Look at this.
Everybody's leaning in trying to get some.
Madness.
Are you from Indore?
Yeah.
Oh nice.
USA.
America.
First time?
No.
Arkansas.
Yeah.
It's my first time trying this so hopefully we can get in.
Chole.
Chole Tikka?
Chole Tikka.
Oh.
Okay.
Look at the madness.
Must be really good.
We're almost there.
People are like pushing and elbowing.
Sure.
Of course.
Thank you.
You're welcome.
Bye bye.
That was a good intermission break.
Oops.
Sorry.
It's okay.
Did you get the Chole Tikka?
Uh.
They're famous for the Chole Tikka.
Yeah.
That's what he was telling me.
You've ordered?
Yeah.
Okay good.
I didn't want to cut in front of you.
The Tikki right?
Yes.
Oh.
The Tikki.
So they got the little fried potato fritters.
And put the Chole on top.
Oh my gosh.
It's going to be awesome.
I love when things make sense.
And that's what's holding us up.
The Tikka.
Gotta let the potatoes get fried up and then the orders will start going back out.
How are you?
Chole Tikka?
Chole Tikka.
Oh okay.
Suarez.
Oh you got yours.
Good job.
Enjoy.
I don't want to jump in front of you man.
You're before me.
One Chole Tikka?
One.
Yes.
Good.
Okay.
140 change.
Selfie.
Okay.
Other way.
Okay.
Man I like his mustache.
It looks good.
Look at this.
Everybody enjoying this.
This is going to be so good.
And so many people got like 3 or 4 packets to go.
Did you get packet or here?
Packet.
Go enjoy at home.
Okay.
Oh look at this.
And they use Amul butter here.
Oh yeah.
I like the branding.
I can't tell how long they've been here.
They don't have anything on their sign or anything but I feel like they've been here a long time
because they are loved.
Wow.
That's a lot of Tikka.
Maybe it's like Tiki for plural.
Enjoy.
Bye bye.
Oh it's crazy.
So now they are making them because the Tikka are getting done right?
The Tikka, the Chole.
You can see the green spice chutney.
Thank you brother.
Okay.
Bye bye.
I got mine.
Now I'm going to squeeze over here with these guys and eat.
Hello.
Hello how are you?
I'm good.
You care if I sit here?
Yeah.
Or stand here and eat?
Yeah.
Okay.
Oh man.
You got like the Sev on here.
Where are you from?
I'm from America.
First time with the Chole Tikka.
Yeah.
It's chickpeas.
Right.
Yeah.
Fried in clarified butter.
Right.
I've had the Tikka and I've had the Chole.
I've never had the Chole Tikka.
Yeah.
First time.
It's a great combination.
Is this an indoor special?
Yeah.
It is.
Nice.
And also Sarafa special.
The name of the place.
Right.
Sarafa Bazaar special.
Yeah.
Perfect.
Yeah.
Thanks man.
You're welcome.
Much appreciated.
Enjoy your meal.
Thank you.
Okay so he told me to mix it up too.
He's got like some Sev on here as well.
Onion, green chutney.
Oh I think that's little paneer pieces that have been in with the Chole as well.
Yeah.
All types of good stuff going on in here.
Could you actually hold this for me for two seconds?
Thanks boss.
I just gotta mix real quick.
Yeah.
So the, oh it's even hot.
Look at that Tikka.
Yeah.
All that clarified butter.
He said he uses Amul butter.
Yeah.
Amul butter.
Amul.
Yeah.
Oh nice.
Mix it really well.
Okay.
Really really well.
Get that potato patty.
Mix it in there.
Oh there are the chickpeas.
Yeah.
All right cool.
I'll just throw it up here.
I'll just take one bite real quick.
Yeah.
Sorry.
Just gonna take one bite even though it's way too hot.
Taste of India.
Just be careful.
Taste of India right here.
One bite.
Just be careful.
It will be way too hot.
Oh.
Is it good?
Very good.
Wow.
Best.
That's so good.
I've not had a flavor of Chola like this before either.
Yeah.
Oh a beautiful dried spice coming from it.
Oh where are the dried spices?
It's not like I've had before.
Yeah.
This is not like Chola you eat in Delhi or anywhere.
It's so different.
Oh very nice.
Thank you for the help.
You're welcome.
This is amazing.
That's why the people were fighting.
The way they fried up the tikka for each little bit.
It's just so crunchy.
Oh man.
There's a sweetness coming from it.
I can't figure out where it's coming from.
I can't know.
I don't know if it's like the Chola.
I didn't see any sweet chutney so it's not like that.
But they've almost got like star anise, cinnamon or something coming from that Chola.
Which I don't think it normally has.
And there's some sugar as well.
It's like a spicy sweet heat.
I feel like I'm in the way everywhere.
Oh man.
This is so good.
I think I'm in the way though.
Can we take a selfie with you?
Of course.
Oh wow.
I'm going to need it.
Hold on.
Let me come down for this.
Are you a YouTuber?
Yes.
What's your channel's name?
I'll subscribe to it.
Thank you.
It's called Daily.
Like every day.
Daily Max.
Okay.
I'll definitely subscribe to it.
Thank you.
Do you like BTS?
Yes.
I'm a big fan of BTS.
I can tell by your necklace.
Oh yeah.
The necklace and the hoodie.
Nice.
Oh yeah.
The hoodie.
My whole bedroom is filled with BTS.
Oh okay.
Nice.
Yeah.
Enjoy.
Yeah.
How do you like the taste?
Oh I love this.
First time.
Yeah.
Do you like this one?
Yes.
Oh it's very nice.
Have a good day.
Thank you.
Bye bye.
If you just want to take selfies with the girls, come to Saratha Bazaar.
Man.
Insane.
There's more room down here.
I'm going to get out of people's way.
Aha.
I like being over by the tikka.
It's cold tonight.
So it feels good to be by this.
Have you had the chola tikka?
Oh you just got yours.
It's spicy.
It's good right?
Man it's good.
Your country?
America.
America?
Oh.
Indoor special.
Chola tikka.
Oh.
Man.
Putting a fried potato with chola is such a good idea.
Such an ingenious idea.
Spicy chutney.
The raw onion.
A little crunchy.
A little set bits.
Mmm.
Wow.
The heat comes.
It starts off kind of sweet.
Please.
Of course.
Thank you.
You're welcome.
You're from Indore.
Indore.
Nice man.
I like your chola tikka.
Very tasty.
Oh.
Very tasty.
Hello friend.
Hi.
Nice to meet you.
Hold on.
Oh.
Don't mind.
Oh.
I like your ring.
That looks very nice.
Topaz?
Yeah.
Open.
Topaz.
Very nice.
We're going to enjoy this.
Check it out.
Look out.
It gets better.
The more you mix it up.
That's why they tell you to go after it.
That potato patty.
That chola is actually really runny.
But it's soaked in all the liquid.
There's no liquid in here anymore.
It's so good.
Oh.
So sad it's gone.
This right here may be the most underrated food I've ever had in India.
I wish this was known worldwide.
It is that good.
Nice to meet you.
Have a good day.
Oh.
Chola tikka.
So good.
Like, that's everything I want.
Wow.
I'm sorry.
I'm just, my emotions are lost.
I'm very full now.
Busting.
He's open.
Ah, he's open.
There he is.
Hey.
I told you I'd come back.
Hey.
How are you?
Good.
Are you open yet?
Yes.
I'll do it.
Don't worry.
I came to eat some kulfi and then I will be on my way.
Okay.
Because I told you yesterday.
I told you yesterday.
I would come.
Yeah.
So great for me.
Okay.
I'm here for you.
Yes.
So I'll make a mango roast falooda for you.
Okay.
Perfect.
Let me start it.
Take your time.
Whenever.
Okay.
Hello, chacha.
Welcome.
Hi, class.
How are you?
Yes.
Very fine.
Good.
Glad to see you're good.
You are here again?
Yes, again.
Yes.
Oh, welcome, welcome, welcome.
Because I'm hungry again.
Oh, yes.
What do you want to eat?
I'm going to try some kulfi.
Oh, okay.
Okay.
Thank you.
They will eat your guradu.
I'm sure it's delicious.
So I met this guy because I ate over here yesterday.
So now he's going to.
Here you'll stop?
Yeah.
I'm going to make it for you.
Mango flavor.
This is mango candy.
Okay.
Very tasty.
You like this?
Which one?
That one?
Yeah.
I had it yesterday.
It's very nice.
You've had that?
The guradu, yes.
I've had the guradu too.
Yeah.
Is it hot for you?
No.
Mix, mix.
Here we go.
I will have kulfi and then I will come eat guradu.
And I'm coming.
Don't worry.
I'm coming for you.
I'm coming.
Give me a minute.
I know.
I'm just holding it with a vanilla slab.
So I can make a good flour for you.
Okay.
Perfect man.
No pressure.
I'm just making a scoop of it.
Yeah.
And then you'll make a flour.
Yeah.
I make flour.
Nice.
Looks like he's got rabri here, falooda.
No.
I don't make it for everyone.
Oh.
Not everyone.
Emotions come when a good customer comes here.
Customer to camera.
Yeah.
I get very fascinated.
Yeah.
I'm excited.
Let's check out your stall.
He's got all his kulfi and everything in here.
He's got to cool that off a little bit.
Ultimate.
And that's all I got from this.
Yo.
What's up?
I'm just making a little vermicelli along with condensed milk.
Okay.
This is totally made of pure milk, like reduced milk.
Okay.
This is very good.
Is this rabri?
Rabri, right.
So you got the falooda, rabri.
Is this quesar rabri or?
Quesar, yeah.
Ah.
Oh, a little chia.
Quesar seeds.
Chia.
First time I've seen chia seeds.
I wasn't going to eat that garado tonight, but uncle's too fond.
Would you like to take the mango flavor in kulfi or quesar pista?
Quesar pista.
Okay, sir.
I like that he's kind of like a showman.
I like the emphasis put on everything.
Just spreading the remaining water.
I know, but I like the way you work.
It looks good.
Thank you so much.
What makes different this kulfi is we don't use any kind of essential essence in it.
All natural.
We put a little color in it, but it also has a fragrance of saffron.
Ah.
Rabri.
Rabri Mountain.
I think there's some pistachio on it.
Nice.
Saffron oil.
Yes.
You can smell it, right?
Woo.
That's saffron.
It is.
So that's the remaining part of mango popsicle.
Okay.
I'm putting it for you.
Okay.
Thank you.
Oh.
Good thing it froze.
It's actually fall for you.
Yeah?
Yeah.
So here we go.
I was going to make the rose.
Yum.
The fact about it making a rose, I never gave a rose to my girlfriend.
Oh no.
Which you don't have a girlfriend.
But I make it for customers.
Everything.
Oh no.
I hope your girlfriend doesn't see the video.
You'll be in trouble.
Thank you so much.
Look at that.
It's kind of little, you know.
That looks good.
It looks delicious.
Little fragile.
It's not become so chill.
That's why it's a little fragile.
Oh, and even more cassar.
Rose syrup?
Rose syrup.
And this is fuzz.
Fuzz is a kind of grass originated from UP.
It's a kind of scent.
Right, from UP.
From UP.
Hold it up.
Perfect.
Awesome, man.
Thank you so much.
Looks great.
My pleasure.
Thank you, bro.
Came here.
This looks awesome.
I'm going to set up right here next to you.
I'm coming next to you.
If you need in, just let me know.
America.
First time.
He's telling you came yesterday here.
Ah, yes.
Second time here.
Now, this is too gorgeous.
I kind of feel bad for eating it.
Look at it.
That looks so good.
Man, you did a good job.
I'm going to get into it while we get the mango.
Pistachio.
The saffron.
It's like a bomb of floralness.
I love the mix between the saffron, the mango, the pistachio.
And then, you've got little bites of it here as well.
Everything's working a little bit different.
You're going to get much better flavors than mango in India.
Pistachio.
The saffron.
And it's all in this bowl.
With strawberry.
There's strawberry down in here.
That's good, man.
I really do.
Sometimes I change the flavor according to the taste of the customer.
Right.
This one's good.
I see you've got lots of flavor here.
How long have you been doing this?
Personally, I'm doing this since 2013.
The legacy, I get it from my grandfather.
He started this business in Indore since 1962.
And was he in Sarapa Bazaar?
In Sarapa, in Sarapa.
You are the oldest Kulkiwala of Indore.
Oh, really?
In the name of Prakash Kulki.
But, spiritually, I'm connected with Tirupati Balaji, my lord.
So, I gave the name of Shri Tirupati to my shop.
Okay. Nice, man.
It's a real pleasure to try, man.
It looks good.
It's a pleasure you came here.
Yeah, man.
Thank you so much.
Let's get another bite.
I gotta show y'all when it gets into the rabri.
Can you hold this?
Yeah, sure.
Anything for you.
Show them when it's in the rabri.
So, look at that.
That's the kulfi, the rabri, the falooda all together.
That's what I like to call the money bite.
That's magic right there.
Thanks, boss.
And how much is this bite?
Genuinely, I sell it for 160 rupees here.
Okay, 160.
That's a lot of kulfi.
Yeah, the rabri.
When the kulfi melts just a little bit, I like how he mixes them.
Because it gets this really soft, creamy texture.
And then mixed with that rabri and the little strands of falooda in there.
Oh, it's so nice.
Oh, almost got brain freeze.
This is like enough kulfi and rabri for a month's serving.
I'm gonna need to go sugar-free for the rest of my life.
Sugar-free everything for the rest of the week.
But we know I ain't gonna do that.
I just want to tell you, this guy is really, really nice.
Because now he's doing his prayers.
So, he served me before I even had time to do that.
He really hadn't opened.
But he still served us, which is very, very special.
Just shows you his character.
I can eat a lot of Indian food, but I'll tell y'all what.
I got a bottomless pit when it comes to Indian sweets.
I could eat this all day.
More vloggers.
You gotta turn your camera on while he's getting stuff.
Alright, let's finish it.
That's how we do it.
No kulfi, no rabri left behind.
160.
Come on, man.
You have dreams.
You have dreams and stuff?
I do have.
Let me...
That's okay.
This is for your family.
This is for everybody.
You visited here.
That's the biggest...
No, it's my second time.
I'm not a guest anymore.
Come on, it's my second night here.
It's okay.
Okay, this is a holy note for me.
Okay, that's a nice note.
Good choice.
Pleasure.
Thank you so much.
What's your name?
Max.
Max, this is Abhi.
Okay, Abhi.
I can ask...
How can I see...
Daily Max.
On YouTube.
I'm gonna go see uncle.
Uncle was yelling at me now.
Thank you.
You guys are gonna get to Garadu.
My pleasure.
Yes.
And then we gotta go over to uncle.
Hello, yes, come on.
Yes, I'm back.
Yes, sir.
I came for your Garadu.
Oh, yes.
Thank you.
I will wait.
You're out.
Oh, yes, sir.
Oh, there it is.
So he's pre-fried some.
He's ready to go.
Thank you.
Yesterday I had this.
So now I'm gonna try the Garadu.
Very nice.
Abhi, I got the Batkiki.
It is called Pankas.
Yes, it's corn.
Yes.
It's the corn that's been...
Yes, yes.
Ground.
Only for taste.
Do you want it?
I had yesterday.
Yes.
Did you forget me?
Yes, yes.
I guess I'm getting a plate.
Oh, he served me up a plate.
He's a good salesman.
Little, little.
Thank you.
Only little taste.
Yes, yes.
Okay, I guess I will try again tonight.
In the morning we have seen you there at Chappan Dukar.
Yes, I have been around.
You were also there.
I have been eating a lot today.
Y'all been going around eating?
Yes.
Nice.
Even I'm not from Indore.
I'm from California.
Oh, yeah.
You're from Calcutta.
Ah.
Okay.
I need to go to Calcutta.
I need to go.
Everybody tells me, biryani, biryani, biryani.
Oh, really?
Yeah.
Heavenly.
See?
Good guy.
Yes.
Oh, Calcutta.
Calcutta.
First people I met from Calcutta.
Okay.
I hope you're enjoying Indore.
Very nice.
It's amazing.
Yes.
It is nice.
Still good.
Still as good as last night.
Oh.
We have a lot to go.
How's this karadu?
Good.
Nice.
You don't get anywhere else.
Yeah.
It's got to eat it here.
Very hot.
Have you eaten that gushi ka dahi vada?
Oh, yes, yes.
He's like one finger, five masala.
Yeah.
Very nice.
Okay.
Let's try not to get another plate.
Let's try to get our karadu this time.
That tastes good.
Spice is good.
Spice is very good.
No spice, no flavor.
Very nice.
This man loves the camera.
There's that spice.
Oh, he gets all that masala on there.
He's going to shake it for them.
Oh.
Here.
I can throw it away for you.
No, no.
Oh, okay.
Bye.
Enjoy.
Chacha.
Yes.
Karadu.
DJ.
Oh, this is mine.
Small plate.
Getting full.
Man, it's really his mixture, that dried mixture.
It's so good.
Thank you.
Thank you with right hand.
Step back a little bit.
Finally, we get to try his karadu.
Didn't get to try it last night.
I was too full.
I'm pretty darn full right now, too.
Winter special everything.
I'm so lucky.
Oh.
This is so much better than what I had yesterday.
This is the one you need to try.
His karadu master.
It's all about that dried mixture on there.
That touch of lemon.
And he fries them perfectly.
You wouldn't expect it by just looking at it.
But everything is tender through the middle.
Crispy on the outside.
Oh.
I hadn't just got a big thing of that dried spice mixture.
But it hit the back of your throat.
It's got a kick of heat to it, but the thing gets you.
This is all dried spices, so it just hits the back of your throat.
Yesterday from your side.
Today my side.
Okay.
Good enough.
Thank you.
Pleasure.
I'm gone, man.
See ya.
Bye.
Fun little section right there.
Oh, man.
The karadu.
That man's strategically set up right there.
Because you'll want water after eating that karadu.
That'll do for here.
But I'm not done eating in...
No, wait.
I'm not done eating in Indore.
We're done eating in Serapa.
