Incredibly Beautiful Shed Cabin in Coastal NC

This is the tiny house that we have been finishing to be a guest home on our rural property in coastal NC - 12x28. We still have more trim to put up and then finish the loft to be a slumber/hideout for the grands. It has its own septic and we ran a sub panel for electric from the barn. Water is supplied from our well - just like our house. Walls insulated under the drywall. Layout worked perfect in that all plumbing is on one wall. Tankless water heater is under the kitchen sink. Since we are coastal, the fireplace will heat during the colder months and we have second portable heater for back up that can go in the bedroom but it doesn’t really get that cold here and a couple of extra quilts might be cozier!
Wall AC is working great for the whole building. We do keep a dehumidifier in there to keep moisture levels correct.
I want to stain all the interior wood and then also the deck to match the house deck. Depending on how much it gets used, we may add an RO system under the sink like we have in the main house but I will wait for a Black Friday deal to buy one. Most everything in the house came from FB marketplace, auctions and thrift shops - even the light fixtures. We did make one trip to IKEA for some of their cool space saving stuff and then linens and towels came from an online store.
