THE FUSE FIX ... Toro Personal Pace Electric Start Lawnmower Blowing Fuses FIX , this is a follow up video to one I made earlier where I was trying to fix the fuse blowing issue. The problem was the starter was too close to the flywheel. I installed 1mm shims , or basically added washers to the back of the starter motor and this gave the starter motor the clearance it needed when starting the engine. Hope this helps.
