This is our Myobuddy Massager Review! The Myobuddy Massager is a tool designed for myofascial release that we think works best for the foot, the calf, the ankle, shin splints, the hamstring and the quadriceps. It is a very strong, very durable almost industrial quality massage device. It is very strong, in fact probably too strong for around the head in our opinion.

It can work release well for any region that needs myofascial release massage below the lower back, the gluteal (glute) region. This means it is great for the hamstring and calf muscles especially.
