In olden days my grandma will get fresh brinjal from her garden to prepare this brinjal curry with freshly hand grounded masala which tastes awesome, I’ll be just lying on a Charpy Cot and while speaking with her itself she makes yummy oil brinjal curry so at a moment I got this on my mind and asked valar, does she able to make it for me, Happily she accepted my request and made that Traditional Oil Brinjal Curry but she took more time..

In the morning Valar went to our farm to get some fresh brinjal then she came back and started her work to make this special recipe and the speciality of this recipe is the brinjal is fully stuffed with freshly hand grounded masala so it gives raw taste to the curry

After finishing some work in our farm me and our son Sairam (Naviish) went to our home and had food together

We Tamil people call it as Ennai Kathirikai Kulambu
