The FBI was given six days to hand over key documents or they will face criminal charges for contempt of Congress. This has to do with documents that could be incriminating to the Biden family.
Representative James Comer, Chairman of the Committee on Oversight and Accountability, issued a letter to the FBI on May 24 that details the document. Comer notes the FBI could be guilty of obstruction. He notes the document is unclassified. And he notes that Congress already has evidence from whistleblowers that the document exists, including information on its exact details...
