Instruction for exporting Screentime data on IOS by using Shortcuts:
Hi guys,
I have just created "shortcuts" to export data from screentime in IOS. You could follow this guidline:

1. Download those shortcuts:
- Get data from screenshot:

- Transfer "Screen Time" data to Notes/Sheet:

2. If you just want to get the text for copy/paste:
- Create a Note on Iphone/Ipad with the title "Screentime"
- Run the shorcut "Screen Time"/"Screen Activation" and choose "Notes screentime" at the final step.
3. If you want to import all to excel file as the clip:
- Download app Numbers:

- Download the sample file, then duplicate it and rename as your own files.
- Follow the clip to connect shortcuts with your own files
***Important note in general:
- Only need to run shortcuts "Screen Time" or "Screen Activation"
- Because we use screenshot as an input, therefore sometimes the data extract from the screenshot is not correct. So you need to double check it.
- You can take screenshots before starting the shortcuts to save time.
- Ensure that you crop the screenshot properly as the clip (only name and time, no logo or others text)
**Note on using file in app number:
- For screentime on Iphone/Ipad
-- you must copy application name from sheet "Iphone-App screen"/"Iphone-Web screen"/etc.
-- Paste it to sheet "Phone - Screen Time - Apps"/"Phone - Screen Time - Apps"/etc. to get all data and the total.
-- Only change the 1st day of the week in sheet "Phone - Screen Time - Apps" and others sheet will change.
