Today I've got some lovely spring ready jeans outfits to show you.
I've got five outfit ideas that can all be put together very easily with things
that you may already have in your closet or that can be bought very easily and
inexpensively online. Let me show you the first outfit. A very
simple colour combination which looks expensive but doesn't have
to be expensive to put together is camel and beige with white. It's a
very clean and fresh and understated colour
combination and you can put this together with
whatever you have, so it could be a camel or beige sweater, a t-shirt,
a blouse, whatever you've got. A cropped straight leg ankle jean looks
great in this picture but a straight leg jean,
a boot cut or a kick flare, these can all work.
I mean there's so many jean styles to choose from now, there is a style out
there to suit everyone and every body type so you
can wear what suits you to recreate this look.
I think this phoenix sweater looks terrific with the jeans but it may be
too warm to wear where you live so a t-shirt is an alternative. You just
need to find a beige or a camel one. A slightly darker one is
generally best otherwise it can look like a dirty
white, you know like it's been put with the
wrong wash, so generally go for a darker beige or a camel.
So if you're happy tucking your t-shirt or jumper in this look
is great but if you like to cover up a little more
a way to do it is with a layered shirt, either with a white top underneath
or a top in a similar colour to the shirt and then to that perhaps
you could wear a belt as well. This is an alternative way to wear this outfit,
it stays true to the colour combination but it doesn't matter that it's not
exactly the same because the accessories really do
make this outfit. Add lots of gold jewellery to the look,
some beautiful gold bracelets and a gold necklace.
Gold works so well with this combo so it needs to be seen.
If you have one a basket bag looks wonderful with the overall look
and then add some sandals. I'd go for a skin tone
nude shoe. It's a lovely spring outfit based around a beautiful colour
combination of white and camel beige and it really is
about the colours. I've done a very similar look before
with white shorts and a beige shirt so it shows it can be adapted to suit
your shape and how you like to wear things.
Two classic items I wear quite a lot in the springtime are a white blazer and
some toe cap shoes. Now I usually wear the white blazer
with black jeans and either a black top or sometimes a white top just depending
on how I feel. Either piece can be mixed around
multiple ways but I like the simplicity of these two together
and I don't think that just because it's spring that black has to be relegated to
the back of the wardrobe. I love toe cap shoes. The ones I'm
wearing are these from a company that you may not have heard of. It's called
Burudani. They contacted me and asked me if I'd
like to work with them. I saw these on their website and I thought they look
fantastic. These have a slightly more rounded toe
so if you do need a little bit more room there in the toe box
these will be a little bit more suitable for you. The heel
is around about five centimetres high so it's not too high.
It's a really nice solid chunky heel and these are very comfortable to wear.
Now they've also got a belly flat version with a slightly more pointed
toe. My favourite style of shoe in a really
affordable price. They're very flexible. You can see how
much they bend. Look they've got a rubber sole
and you can actually remove the soles as well. They're machine washable so you can
take those out, pop them in the washing machine and give them a little bit of a
refresh. If you don't like the toe caps they do
have these gorgeous slingbacks. I've got these in cream and I've also
got them in red as well. They've got a very small block heel and
they're very easy to style up. I like to wear the cream ones with white
jeans so they blend a little bit easier with the jeans
and the red ones are just perfect with all black for a gorgeous colour burst.
They're eco-sustainable shoes. They're made from recycled plastic bottles
which are transformed into fibres. They're then spun into thread
which is then woven into fabric. I think it's so clever
and the shoes are so soft and so comfortable
and on top of all that they're a really good price. All of these shoes are under
$70. I'd expect them to be much more I've got
to be honest. If you want to try them I've got a voucher
it's for 20% off and the code to use is WHATTOWEAR. I'm
going to leave that in the description box below for you.
Pastel pink looks particularly lovely in the springtime
and it looks great with a light blue denim. Pair that with some white
and you've got a gorgeous spring jeans outfit.
This is one of my favourite looks. It's the simplicity of the whole outfit I
love but I also love the colour pairings and
that it's ultimately a casual outfit but still looks very put together.
Now I love the pink blazer but realistically
any colour blazer could be worn but in the springtime it's nice to add some
pastels so you could try the look with pastel blue,
yellow, green or just a plain white blazer.
For this actual look the important part though is the colour of the jeans.
You need a pale or a light blue shade. These one in the picture are cropped but
if they don't suit you you can still try the look with the
style that does but in a light blue colour.
Then you just need to add a white vest top, trainers and
blazer in the colour you have. Add some jewellery, some necklaces and earrings
and you have a simple jeans outfit that works year after year.
When you think of spring colours you don't necessarily think of blacks and
browns but they can look just as good in the springtime as they do in the autumn
so don't pack away your black jeans just yet. A very nice
simple outfit idea and way to wear them is with a white sweater.
Again it's the colours of this outfit that make it work. White,
black, camel and then the print shoes are a mix of all three
pulling it all together. Now you can see that this outfit is
with leather trousers but those can be swapped for black jeans.
The jeans need to be a black black for richness
rather than a faded black. As it's for springtime
try a white sweater which is loose fitting maybe with a v-neck
or a collared one would work very well with it. You need a tan tote bag.
These are brilliant as a wardrobe staple. If you invest in one of these you'll get
lots and lots of wear from it so it's worth having one in your wardrobe.
Some I've found are these. This is from John Lewis.
This one is Marks and Spencer's. These are both under 100 pounds.
This is Lara Duke. This one's only 45 pounds
and this is your designer one from Aspinall of London.
Now the shoes. These are integral to the look and the hardest part to find
if you don't have any. If you do don't ever throw them away
unless of course they're falling apart but hang on to them.
They'll come in and out of style time and time again
so if you have the space keep them in your wardrobe for when they do.
I found a few. These are Ralph Lauren. These are from Phase 8
and then there's a heeled version I found. None of them have
quite got the colourings I wanted but they will still work.
If you don't like pastels or florals then this is a spring outfit option that
could be worth a try. I noticed on the Ralph Lauren website
that scarves were being used quite a lot as belts around the waist of shorts and
trousers and this can be done around jeans as
well. It's a great way to style up a pair of jeans
and get more wear from your silk scarves. I think this could work with most style
of jeans like a cropped pair with sandals or a
bootcut style. You're just going to have to play
around with it. Now I bought this scarf years and years ago.
I just like the colours. I thought it looked really pretty.
It's the perfect size and shape to use as a belt
so I've tried it with some white jeans. I've put it together with a vest top
and a blazer and I have also tried it with a white shirt.
I think it's a fantastic way to use scarves
and style up jeans but a little note of warning
don't tie the knot too tight because if you do need the loo
it's your worst nightmare trying to undo it. I've got loads more jeans outfit
ideas that can all be adapted for spring and it's all in this video here so click
that now to watch that next.
