Utter waste of money! Henan spends over $70,000 to plant only 2 acres of rice seedlings in 3 days

In China’s current “returning forests to farmland” movement, local Chinese Communist Party (CCP) officials have organized cadres and civil servants to support rural areas. For example, a county in Henan Province recently sent 200 civil servants from various Party and county agencies to plant rice seedlings in some farmland for three days.
