0:04 Affordable sushi per piece is the motto of Egyptian business owner Mohamed Samir, who drives his Sushi Bike around a Cairo neighborhood for people to try the tasty sushi without going to high-end restaurants.
「讓人們買得起壽司」是埃及企業家Mohamed Samir的座右銘。他騎著他的壽司腳踏車在開羅社區周圍行駛，讓人們不用去高級餐廳也可以品嚐到美味的壽司。

0:17 “The idea is to serve sushi for people who can’t afford to eat sushi in expensive restaurants. I give them sushi in a sealed box that I can carry around anywhere, on a bike to showcase the food. People come from everywhere to try sushi” said Mohamed Samir, Sushi Biker owner.
Mohamed Samir：「這個主意是為那些負擔不起昂貴餐廳裡的壽司的人提供服務。我把壽司裝在密封盒子裡隨身攜帶，並騎著腳踏車展示食物。人們從各個地方來試試我的壽司。」

0:37 “It’s a good idea because some people don’t like to go into a restaurant to eat sushi because of the high prices, or they want to walk on the street. When they find the bike selling the (sushi) piece for 10 Egyptian pounds (30 cents), it’s going to be easier for them (to try it) - even if they are two and each get a piece, it’s going to be easier than going to a restaurant,” said Mahmoud Sayed, Customer.
Mahmoud Sayed：「這是一個好主意，因為有些人不喜歡去餐廳吃壽司，因為價格太高，或者他們只是想在街上走走。當他們發現這個壽司腳踏車上，每個壽司只賣10埃及鎊時，他們很容易就會想買來試看看。即使他們有兩個人，每人買一個壽司，也比去餐廳便宜多了。

壽司在埃及越來越受歡迎，埃及各地湧現出各種壽司餐廳和連鎖店。這輛壽司自行車以實惠的價格讓當地人能夠有機會嘗試日本的主食。
