People from various places collect gutter oil

Gutter oil is a type of illegal oil made through trash recycling. To collect this, men on duty would search through garbage cans, gutters, drains, and even the solid waste of slaughterhouses. This is then transformed into hazardous cooking oil and sold to low-cost Chinese vendors for less money than the original cooking oil.
