Maintaining & Enhancing Hydroelectricity Incentives under EPAct 2005 Section 247

The U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) Grid Deployment Office hosted a webinar Feb. 16, 2023, to discuss the Hydroelectric Efficiency Improvement Incentives (Bipartisan Infrastructure Law provision 40332 and EPAct section 243) and the Maintaining and Enhancing Hydroelectricity Incentives (Bipartisan Infrastructure Law provision 40333 and EPAct section 247) programs and the recently released draft guidance for implementing this incentive, which was developed with responses to a June 30, 2022, request for information.
