Aren't you guys?
We are on our way to a talk a social media panel at Apex.
Apex is a Asian professionals exchange organization talking
about mixers how to come up in this game.
It's particularly, you know, the fortune 500 corporate game
the yappy game.
We just made a yappy video, but uh, yeah, obviously we changed
back into our non-yappy gear.
Andrew's looking super ultra duper non-yappy.
I could probably walk back in a riff and just start selling
shoes.
No, you're you're behind.
Andrew's actually came from behind the counter at Riff right
now.
So yeah, we're about to get some advice on social media.
I don't know if the way we're dressed is going to color it
like the way people perceive it.
But uh, check it out.
You're here with the other famous brothers on YouTube.
We got Yoshi's it also Peter.
You guys aren't really YouTube.
You got more like Hollywood, right?
Don't you give a shout out to what you guys just been working
on real quick.
I just finished filming for Power Rangers Ninja Steel.
I just came back three weeks ago.
Actually three weeks, right?
Three weeks.
Yeah.
And now I'm back in LA ready to get started and you're one
of the Power Rangers.
Yeah, I didn't think I was going to book it because he booked
it the year before and I was like, there's no way we look
similar.
They usually go Asian guy, Asian girl, Asian guy, Asian girl.
So we were like, oh, this is not going to happen but end up
working out.
Older or older?
Older.
Younger.
How come the older brother is always the more brother?
Always the more.
We the slimmer.
Who got the length though?
We got the reach.
Who we got in the building right now, man.
What up, you guys?
We got Pretty Rico.
What up, man?
We are at the apartment right now.
I got to go against the light.
Go for the uni, man.
I know you ain't gonna die.
I appreciate it, man.
Hey.
Welcome to Saturday's.
Mix it like that?
Richie needed it distressed.
He needed it distressed.
You got an olive color to it.
Very, very, very, very, very.
That's good.
I feel like, you know, sometimes with Vietnamese coffee, it
could be a little bit too bitter, but you're saying with
the cream.
Yeah, it complements the bitterness of the coffee.
Try that, man.
I've had a lot of Thai teas in my lifetime.
I'm not even going to endorse it like that, but 7leaf might
be the best Thai tea I've ever had.
What up, y'all?
So we just got done hooping, man.
Almanzor, crazy.
I'm gonna send you guys a footage, you know, we got some
footage on the phone.
Oh, man.
Only place in the world.
I'll put it three on three.
Crazy.
The park, Almanzor Park.
There's no other park in the world like it.
I think.
I'm not too sure.
You guys travel the world a lot.
I would say, have you seen anything like Almanzor Park?
It's unique.
You know, there may be places like it, but there's some
characters at this one.
I feel like they could do a documentary or like a reality
TV show on Almanzor and it's going to be tight.
Anyways, right now we are eating Element Hot Pot.
There's something after you go play ball, man.
You got to go eat something kind of like where you don't
mind getting a little bit dirty, you know, like to rock
the freshest outfit to Hot Pot, you're asking for it, you
know what I mean?
But after basketball, you mean it's like you're going to
shower anyways, might as well get a little dirty.
Yeah, you always got to shower after Hot Pot, man, because
you be smelling like the broth.
So if you get bone marrow broth, you're going to smell
that bone marrow, man.
All right.
So I put a little bit of green onions, some garlic.
You always got to have the garlic.
And then this is, Andrew put me on to this right here.
I didn't even want to pronounce this.
I let you do it.
Satcha.
Yeah, you just call it Satcha.
Did you say it's kind of expensive?
It's expensive.
All right.
So you got to have a little bit of that.
You know what I mean?
This is like the base right here.
Everybody can get down with this.
It's like a peanut sesame sauce.
So you got garlic, Satcha sauce, Mahjong.
Got some ramen.
Got some noodles right here.
The egg.
Boom, boom, boom.
Sauce plate.
Everybody, one item, your favorite item at a Hot Pot.
I'm going to say the little shrimp, little fish shrimp
balls with a little goodness in them.
I don't even know what the inside is.
They call them popping fish balls, right?
Popping fish balls.
Delicious.
Mine would have to be, it used to be the enoki, man.
But the ramen with the raw egg and the soy sauce.
That's me.
That's, I don't know.
I'm actually a big fan of the beef tendon ball.
I was going to take that.
I had seven of them.
I just like the beef tendon.
I love beef tendon.
What's going on, guys?
We're at Sammy's Camera.
If you guys are familiar with like film gear at all, which
you kind of have to be as a YouTuber.
I would say most YouTubers are anywhere from like kind of
into it to really into it.
Because it affects the quality of the videos, you know about
Sammy's Camera.
Long story short, if you buy it online, for the most part,
there's no tax.
But then now in store, they're doing no tax, like periods.
So you can buy it for the same price with no tax.
So essentially if you can get it in person and get that human
interaction and also all the things, all the questions
answered that you might have in person for the same price,
just do it in person because it's better.
Okay.
Thanks very much.
All right.
Thanks a lot.
Thanks, Jim.
So, you know, sometimes guys, you know, I'm not going to
lie, even this EOS M6, I really like it a lot, but it is
more complicated to use than a G7X Mark II.
It's more complicated to use, but we have to do it because
we need the sound.
Otherwise, what are you going to do?
You have stuff that doesn't sound good.
Yo, you guys, we are continuing our shopping extravaganza
because we realized that we don't have very much clothes.
I was wearing the Richie Lee collection every day.
You guys call this out on it.
I know it's in the men's section, but if you are a man, do
not wear this hat.
Do not wear the Slay hat.
I'm not going to lie, that hat shape is good on you.
Yeah, thanks, man.
As you can see, the men's section is shrinking.
Now, this is interesting.
Let me tell you about Patagonia.
So Patagonia, usually known as a performance, like hiking
brand, but the funny thing is what happens is that Patagonia
is trying to make it into like more of the hipster urban
world because so many people have worn it as a performance.
Now, you're wearing it just as a design.
Just get it.
Get it.
I phoned a friend.
Richie says just cop it and make it work.
Then you wear the jacket.
Jacket don't wear you.
All right.
So you guys, they shut down H&M.
We just came from Urban.
Got some real essential pieces at Forever 21.
But like I said, at Forever, if you take the time to look
through everything, like everything, you will find some
pieces that look pretty nice for like half or maybe even
a third of the price you could get somewhere else.
And I'll tell you this, Zara being across from Forever 21
and knowing that they got to compete with them.
I feel like Zara always does things a little bit differently,
man.
They add that extra like diamond on it or stud or spike or
something expensive.
Something that ups the production quality.
All right, so let's take a look at Zara and see what they
got. Bro, this is what I mean.
This is what I was talking about that with the extra studs
that Zara puts on, man.
I'm telling you, this is their thing.
What's going on, world?
New York to LA.
We got the boy.
What it is, man?
Yo, what's up?
Let them know who you are, man.
Yo, I'm Lawrence Page.
I'm from New York.
I'm a filmmaker out here in LA.
Okay, which neighborhood, man?
Yo, I'm from Woodside, Queens.
Filipino Town.
Yeah, low key.
Let's go, man.
We're about to check out this event for Dante Bosco.
Yo, we've known AJ for a long time.
We are now at that point in our YouTube career where we're
like, yo, we gotta vlog.
We gotta do all this stuff.
We gotta adapt.
How do you feel about it?
I think the game's ever-changing, you know what I mean?
And not that you gotta play it, but...
Are you on Twitch now?
I was doing Twitch, man.
Are you roasting people?
I mean, I bought a PC, you know what I mean?
Like, at the same time, you try all these different things
and you realize what's not for you and what is for you.
Because like, you can follow the trends and all that stuff,
you know, like my boy Guava Juice Roy, right?
Yeah, he's killing it.
You know, he's killing it, right?
And I'm looking, I'm like, can I do something like this?
Do this and this?
And it's not for me, you know?
I'm gonna still keep just doing my music thing.
Dintai directed this HBO award-winning short called
Monday, but he's also going to be mentoring one of the winners
of the Coast to Coast Filmmaker Contest.
What do you think is the best piece of advice you can say
to someone who wants to do shorts?
You're gonna fail a lot and that's a good sign.
If you're making stuff and you like it and you like it
right away and you like it for a long time, chances are
you're probably not doing the right thing because I failed.
I failed a ton of times and I'm not even completely happy
with the short.
So I got to show you the department where I used to work
at, at the Arcadia Mall.
And I also worked at The Grove.
This is before we started YouTube.
This is right when we first moved to LA and our channel
was just getting started.
I was still working full-time selling ladies shoes at Nordstrom's.
This was the floor I used to operate at, man.
This is it.
This used to be.
Trust me guys, before we did YouTube, we were working
full-time in LA.
This Tom Ka is so good, man.
So when you're getting Tom Ka, Tom Ka is the coconut like
version of Tom Yum Goon.
It has coconut soup in it, but sometimes it's too heavy.
So we got less coconut milk in ours and it's perfect.
So this is a Thai Esan sausage, aka Lao sausage.
Everything.
Did you just make a taco?
Oh, he went for it.
Just eat it and then eat the other pieces piece by piece.
So you put it in your mouth and start chewing and then you
start taking things in.
Piece by piece.
Ginger.
It's good, huh?
You said larb right here?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Larb.
You know what?
Since I'm going to up it up a little bit.
You got to get a little sausage, you know.
Man, this guy is putting the sausage on the larb.
This has never been seen before, people.
You got to up it and then if you want, you want to get a
little creamier, then you got to pour a little sauce on it.
No, this guy did not.
Yo, that is a big guy move.
Yo, that is such a move that you do when you weigh over 200
pounds, for sure.
$5 Pad Thai, not bad.
They show some shrimp.
Pad Thai Tuesday.
Man, Thai food is so good, man.
We ate Thai food in Portland.
We just eat Thai food out here.
It's just good.
We are watching the game at the crib with a DJ, our DJ friend.
Hello.
Hi.
DJ Trey, DJ Trey, not Trey Songz, DJ T-R-E-Trey.
How long have you been DJing for?
I want to say like 10 years.
Do you have a signature like drop that you do?
If you're like, yo, I love this song and the way I'm mixing
it, you're like, boom.
I don't think so.
I mean, I don't know.
You know how like Funk Flex drops a bomb on it or like
whatever, what do you get your thing?
I don't have anything like that.
DJ Trey, we got to get you something.
We'll see.
Like a do-do-do-do.
That's kind of cliche.
Yeah, I want it to be something more original.
Let's just like throw out some like potential sound ad-lib.
You want to help me?
How about like a...
Let's use that one.
Yeah.
Or a...
What about like a Korean sound effect?
Yeah, like a Korean drum.
Or I could...
Mukbang!
Like a...
Mukbang.
Yeah, just a Mukbang.
We are on our way to the return of NBA Live.
Yeah.
There was NBA Live 16, but they skipped NBA Live 17.
They pushed it back and now we are going into an event
all about NBA Live 18.
Okay, you guys, we've just arrived at EA Play where we're
about to get a first preview of playing NBA Live 2018.
I'm super excited to be here.
What's up, man?
Yo, we're here with Donnie from EA Sports.
Donnie, thank you for being our guide for this event, man.
I'm trying to play some NBA Live.
Oh yeah, we're going to do that.
But before that, we just really got to check it out.
Okay.
So yeah, so if you pan out, man, you'll see like this is
where EA Play goes down.
EA Sports games and EA Games are all highlighted here.
We highlighted two new IPs today.
One called Anthem and another one called No Way Out.
It's really sick, man.
Also, we showed NBA Live, the new trailer.
We showed a new trailer for Madden NFL 18 and FIFA 18.
I mean, this is the Mecca of EA right now.
We used to be a part of E3.
Now we said, bump it, man.
Let's make our own thing.
You guys went independent.
E3 is the umbrella thing, right?
That catches everybody.
You guys are like, we're going to have our own mini thing.
Yep, and we do it before E3 even kicks off.
So that's not like a competition.
Not even a competition.
It's just something that we complement the whole momentum
moving forward to E3.
You got to hit the shot.
Hit the shot.
That's it.
DeAndre with a win, man.
You know what, as you can see, it's definitely something
that like your boys can watch you play and it's still fun
or you could be one of the people involved playing.
I think it's crazy because, you know, as the NBA game in
real life speeds up and everybody's playing more of that
running game.
I feel like that NBA Live really embodies that.
It's fast-paced.
I like it.
The designers of the game right here are two of the, you
know, very important people behind the game.
You guys have a very impressive product, man.
And I feel like, I don't know if you guys feel like it,
but when somebody compliments the game, it's like somebody
complimenting your child.
Like, yeah, they play the piano really well.
So, you know, we've been working on this.
Like we talked about back in, you know, LA, we put all
this hard work in the last couple years to really shore
up the gameplay, the core experience there, and then also
deliver a new way to play with the One.
So if you get a chance to jump back on the sticks, play
the One, you'll see like a difference where you basically
take this player on a journey where you can equip different
traits and different skills and abilities, like really
equipping the way the game is played.
What can you say, because it is true, and I'm going to
put you on the spot right now.
There's a pretty big online contingent that's pretty
skeptical because they've pledged their allegiance to
one tribe over the other tribe.
What can you say to them to not just, nah, nah, I'll say
play it for yourself, like come August, download the demo,
get on the sticks, you'll be able to feel the difference
and see what we're doing.
So really we want to put, you know, the proof is in the
footing, right?
And we're, you know, we're going to back that up.
I've been waiting to get back into a basketball game for
the longest time.
Sometimes it'd be too late to go to the gym, LA Fitness
closed already, so I can't.
It's 1 a.m.
You're all chilling with your boys and you're like, let's
go do something.
Gotta get your NBA fix somewhere.
Yo, what's going on everybody?
We are here with the number one sneaker reviewer in the
world, Brad Hall.
Brad Hall, and you know what is hilarious is I think for
the LeBron 14, you had the first review out.
Is that true?
I don't know.
Oh, okay.
I believe you.
All right, so when you're shopping for watermelons or
whatever, what's the thing you're really looking for?
The number one attribute in a sneaker that you're looking
for when you're grocery shopping?
It's got to be traction.
It's always slippery in there.
You got to have good traction in a grocery store.
What's your favorite traction?
I like that Kobe 9 traction.
The clear sole?
The clear sole.
Is that a new thing or solid?
Solid sole.
Yeah.
Yo, we about to go trade in that old hotness for that new
hotness.
You know what the key is?
You guys, if you're going to cop a lot of kicks and especially
ones that are kind of pricey, you've got to monetize your
old stock.
I cannot believe some people out there literally only cop
and they don't sell.
That's crazy to me, guys.
Commerce, buy, sell, buy, sell.
Gotta sell, gotta sell.
You gotta sell your old stuff because otherwise, it's pretty
much unrealized value.
All right, you guys, one thing I learned is that you need
the boxes and we move a lot around the country and around
the world.
We throw away all our boxes all the time, but now I'm not
going to do that anymore.
This is from the creative minds of Kaws and Jordan's brand,
Art Meets Basketball.
These two global icons have defined greatness in their
respective fields and have now come together to deliver a
one-of-a-kind collaboration.
Yikes, yikes.
All right, guys.
So, you know, we wanted to, David really wanted to get a
pair of these Kaws for us.
They're a little bit more expensive than our other shoes.
So we had to trade in.
We felt like we had to trade in some of our other shoes and
put those on consignment just to get these.
This is what you YouTube kids want, right?
The hot pot, as you can see, our energy is a little lower.
One thing about hot pot, man, you gotta just know your limit.
And if you don't know your limit, you're just going to
overeat and sometimes that's not a big good situation.
