Cassie Randolph | Before They Were Famous | The Bachelor 2019 As this season of The Bachelor nears the finale, our man Colton has only a few girls left, one of these ladies being Cassie Randolph. Cassie seemed to be a fan favorite right from the start, and even Jimmy Kimmel is predicting that she will be the winner. Not to mention, from watching the show you can see that Colton is obviously drawn to her. This isn't Cassie's first kick of the can at appearing on a Reality TV Show. Previous to the Bachelor she appeared on Young Once which followed a group of Christian's in university. Basically the Jersey Shore for the Bible Belt. That's just one of a bunch of thing's i've found out about the California native.
Before Cassie Randolph would be cast on season 23 of The Bachelor and become one of the last
remaining ladies competing for Colton's heart and virginity, before Cassie Randolph
would clock in over 700,000 followers on Instagram and another 43,000 on Twitter at the time
of this recording, as this season of The Bachelor nears the finale, our man Colton has only
a few girls left, one of these ladies being Cassie Randolph.
Cassie seemed to be a fan favourite right from the start, and even Jimmy Kimmel is predicting
that she will be the winner.
Not to mention, from watching the show, you can see that Colton is obviously drawn to
her.
I knew from the very moment that I met you, that there was just something about you that
I was insanely attracted to.
Previous to The Bachelor, she appeared on Young Once, which followed a group of Christians
in university.
Basically the jersey short for the bible belt.
That's just one of a bunch of things I found out about the California native.
What's going on girls and guys, I'm Kara and we're going to be taking a look at Cassie
Randolph before she appeared on Season 23 of The Bachelor, here for you on Before They
Were Famous.
You know that guy Michael who does these videos?
Well, I'm the reason he's no longer a Bachelor.
We've done videos on other cast members of the show such as Hannah G from this season
and The Bachelor himself Colton here on this channel.
So subscribe and let me know who's next.
I'm also down to talk about other reality TV show stars, like those on MTV's The Challenge
or Teen Mom.
Let me know any ideas you have in the comments down below.
According to Cassie's Bachelorette bio, she's 23 years old and a California native.
Living in Huntington Beach, she loves to surf, which isn't surprising.
She totally gives off those typical California girl vibes and it's noticeable through her
pics on social media.
At the time of this recording, Cassie's Instagram account, at Cassie Randolph, has over 700,000
followers.
Looking at her influencer worthy photos and the amount of likes on older posts, it's obvious
that she had some sort of following even before The Bachelor aired.
This could have had something to do with the fact that Cassie stars in a YouTube docu-series
titled Young Once.
So, did you have a good time skateboarding?
Yeah, I did.
It was really fun.
Except for you're way better than I am and I probably look-
According to IMDB, this docu-series follows a group of young Christians from Southern
California on their quest to live counter-culturally.
The first season aired in early 2016, but the second season premiered on February 4th
of this year.
Since the show documents Cassie and her ex-boyfriend, the fact that it's presently airing was confusing
for some.
However, this season of Young Once was pre-recorded way before Cassie was on The Bachelor, and
the timing of the release was just a strategy to attract viewers.
Cassie's ex-boyfriend, Kalen Tiongson, who starred alongside her in the docu-series,
decided to address any misperceptions about the situation.
He posted this photo on Instagram explaining in a lengthy caption.
As many know, my ex-girlfriend is currently a contestant on the TV show The Bachelor.
The both of us have also appeared on a documentary series called Young Once.
They happened to catch the closing of mine and Cassie's on and off relationship during
the recording of this show.
Make no mistake that Young Once was filmed before The Bachelor, and the fact that they
are airing it at the same time is a strategy to attract viewers.
Kalen does write more in depth, but you get the idea.
Cassie also addresses this on her Instagram, but the important thing is that this relationship
has been over for a while, and the two seem to wish each other the best.
On The Bachelor, Cassie's career is listed as a speech pathologist, however she is actually
still in school completing her graduate degree for this.
According to Cassie's LinkedIn profile, she first went to Biola University for a degree
in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
Biola University, a Christian school, is actually known for being one of America's most conservative
private schools, as alcohol, drugs, and sex are all off-limits.
Cassie then went on to the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire for her Master's in Speech Pathology,
which she's expected to complete in 2020.
Her LinkedIn also shows all of her work experience, which includes behavioral and speech therapy
training positions, speech-language pathology assistant, and substitute teaching, currently
for ESL students.
Another thing about Cassie is that she's close with her family.
In her Bachelorette bio, she admits that one thing she wouldn't do for love is turn her
back on her family.
Her Instagram also displays a handful of photos with her fam, including one where she writes
a cute happy birthday wish to her mom, who's also her bestest friend, and another pic giving
a shout-out to her dad on Father's Day.
Cassie is also really close with her younger sister, Michelle, an aspiring actress who
recently starred in a Christmas movie called A Snow White Christmas.
Apparently, Michelle is dating Bella Thorne's ex-boyfriend, actor Greg Salkin.
Cassie and her sister used to vlog together and had a YouTube channel called Double Mumble,
but it has since been deleted.
Like many contestants, Cassie has had to deal with her own share of drama on this season
so far.
Fellow contestant Taisha took it upon herself to tell Colton that Cassie and Kaelin, who
is another finalist of this season, weren't there for the right reasons.
Taisha said during a one-on-one date with Colton about the two girls,
about being the next Bachelorette, and they have also said that they don't think they're
going to be ready to get engaged at the end of this.
They're saying what parties they're going to hit up after this, and the people they're
going to get to know, and where they're going to get to go.
Another contestant, Kirpa, also heard the same gossip about Cassie and her intentions,
and confronted Colton about the matter as well.
This led to an awkward argument with Cassie and Kirpa on the group date.
This is not a dumb situation when Colton's heart is on the line.
Yikes.
Although these concerns clearly made Colton nervous, he decided to keep Cassie around
and send Kirpa home at the end of the evening.
Very excited about meeting Cassie's family, because I'm falling in love with her.
Although there's plenty of reason to believe Cassie might be the one getting Colton's final
rose, it's still unsure who will win.
Cassie has proven herself as a fan favourite, so whether she wins or not, I doubt it'll
be the last we see of her.
If things don't work out, I could see her as the next Bachelorette.
Alright guys and girls, I'm wrapping this video up here.
