ABOUT:
Travel has changed my life and I have no plans on stopping any time soon.
That's why I am now running this video blog showing you how to travel the world continuously
FAQ:
How did you learn to edit? I taught myself. I downloaded Premiere Pro and began to figure out how to use it through trial and error. My videos were pretty bad at first but eventually, and with the help of many tutorials, you start to figure out what works.
What work are you doing? I started off running this video blog while doing freelance web design and video editing to supplement my travelling lifestyle. I now rely solely on this blog to generate revenue through advertising, affiliate links and sponsorship opportunities.
How do you meet the people in your videos? Hostels, guesthouses and conversations! You meet people so easily while travelling. Just open yourself up and you will meet all sorts of amazing people. ' Where do you live? Right now, I travel the world continuously and so do not have a permanent base or home anywhere. I am not sure how long this is going to be the situation but right now I just want to keep travelling.
Any more questions, please post in the comments below!
Why are you my friend?
Yeah, that's exactly what I'm thinking.
Good morning!
And welcome to Udawalawe
in Sri Lanka.
We're about to
go on a safari
which is really cool. This is
a national park called Udawalawe
National Park and I've wanted
to come here before
and now we have the chance.
Right behind me
is our accommodation for the night.
We're staying in a
place called Kula Kula Camping
and it is camping
but it's the same way I sort of did the camping
in Munnar. It's quite
a luxury tent.
I'll show you in a minute.
This is cool.
A little garden trail.
There we go.
Yeah, that's my tent.
Not bad for a tent.
No, it's really good.
We've even got our own
bathroom and shower
which is pretty cool.
This is our
accommodation for the night
and you can see
that if I go out
we are straight
into nature.
Nice.
It's lunch time.
Proper
rice curry.
Yes please.
She loves spicy.
Yes please.
Thank you sir.
Thank you.
By the way
Sri Lankans, I love your food.
This
is amazing.
I think this is the
happiest you've been on my vlog so far.
You can have ice cream.
I asked, I got.
Awesome.
Yeah.
Thank you.
Food
was amazing as always
and now our
jeep is here
and we're about to head out into the National Park
and go on safari.
Hello.
Grab that for me.
Right, here we go.
We've just got into the
National Park. It was a $20
each entrance fee which is a government
thing but that's fine
and
I don't know, hopefully we're going to see some cool things.
Oh yeah.
Check it out. There are five
elephants behind me and it's so cool
to see them
in the relative wild.
Mostly
especially recently
I've been seeing
a lot of captive elephants
or elephants being used
for tourism
and it's nice to come to somewhere where you can just
see elephants
in their natural habitat.
So you just told me
that the females
stay in groups and the males go out
on their own. Yes.
Matriarchal.
Nice.
Check it out. There is
an elephant
right there.
I don't have any more commentary
than that.
It's a female.
Female elephant.
And they drink 100 litres of water
a day. Fun fact.
live for me right now.
Greetings India.
Hi.
That's all so polite. How lovely.
You're a natural.
You're a good.
Thanks so much.
See you July.
I'll link her channel below.
My nothingness channel.
We're waiting for the peacock
to cross the road.
Why did the peacock cross the road?
I don't know.
I can't think of a good answer for that.
This
is actually amazing.
The elephant just
came right up to the jeep.
It was
just really cool.
That's the best thing about it.
We're off again.
Bye buddy.
to a place where we can jump out and enjoy
the view. So this is pretty cool.
We're standing in the middle of a
national park.
Back at Kula Kula now.
Just chilling out before dinner
tonight. And I've got to say
that was really, really
good. Saw so many animals.
So many elephants.
And the scenery was
pretty stunning too. I just got
to get the drone out at the end there.
And hopefully
I think I got some cool shots.
The main thing was the elephants though.
Really, really happy to see the elephants.
Anyway, I think now is
campfire and dinner time.
And that's how you lock up.
And this is our fish.
Cool.
Looks great.
Boom. Fish.
Get out the way.
That was good.
Why are you
my friend? Yeah, that's exactly
what I'm thinking.
Tell me all the animals we saw today.
An elephant.
A crocodile.
Wild
buffalo.
Lots of peacocks.
Some pelicans.
Lots of other
random colourful birds.
That's about it, wasn't it?
I don't know.
I also
saw a mongoose.
But I didn't see it.
But yeah, it's pretty cool. We didn't see any leopards
or any cats. But they're really, really hard to spot.
But there are leopards in there.
And they do
do a night safari. They actually do it here too.
But we're not doing it.
That would be really cool.
You can do a night safari
where you might have a better
chance of seeing leopards.
But instead,
I'm going to go to sleep.
That was a good segue.
Good night.
Breakfast.
Say good morning. Morning.
Filming so much food
in this vlog.
It's the morning after.
We spent the last night in the tent
in nature with all of the sounds
around us. And that was really cool.
About to check out now. So I'm going to say goodbye.
Just had a nice breakfast.
And it's the fuel
for the rest of the day.
Because we're about to jump on a bus to Colombo
to get Chloe's flight tomorrow.
And that journey
will probably be about 6
or 7 hours.
So, yeah.
Best get going.
And I'll just say
goodbye. Thank you again
to Kula Kula Camping & Luxury Resorts.
I'll link them below.
It was a really nice stay here.
Get to Udawala if you can.
Thank you for watching. And this is my life.
