This home has 2 lofts, one main loft with stair access large enough for a king bed and one slightly smaller loft for a second bedroom, storage, or perfect cozy reading nook. Beautiful butcher block countertop and stained knotty pine tongue and groove ceiling. Comes with all stainless appliances (full size electric 4 burner range / oven, full size fridge, electric instant hot water heater), and dual wardrobes in the bathroom. It has a 1 ton minisplit with heat pump, standard flushing toilet, and perfect size corner shower. This home needs 100 amp service for the electrical (no gas).

It home boasts an amazing clean, modern design with great functionality. We also pride ourselves in our base trailers that are custom built to exacting standards.
