Expert: Hong Kong has become a ‘clown’ city

During the anti-reclamation parade in Hong Kong on April 1 and April 2, protesters had to wear a tag around their necks. Then, several non-protest-style fundraising and religious activities prompted Hong Kong police to add some national security provisions. As a result, marchers must wear uniforms and hold designated items and other identification signs. Furthermore, the number of officers maintaining order is very high. Every five protesters has an officer maintaining order.
