Savory Grilled Lamb Chops on The Green Mountain Pellet Grill

One of my favorite dishes! Grilled thick cut lamb chops. Now that I have the Green Mountain pellet grill I cant get enough! I love this grill and the many different dishes that I am cooking on it.
Lamb chops can be cooked in many different ways, my absolute favorite, smoked and grilled! What could be better than smoked and grilled lamb chops? Stay tuned and lets find out!
