Prepping For The Cold! Heliconias Orchids || How I Travel With Plants

Winter is coming! The cold nights are moving in and it's time to get the most delicate of the tropical plants moved into the house. First off I hope everyone is ok in regards to hurricane michael!
I spent some time talking about heliconias, bromeliads and my orchids as well the palms as to what the plants for cold hardiness. After bringing in the tropicals and enjoying the many new orchid spikes I talked about how I pack my plants when i'm traveling and purchasing houseplants to haul home. Lastly I begin showing the beginning stages of converting my garage into my winter greenhouse, or really grow room.
