Rustic Beautiful The 23ft Tiny Home Cottage House

The Tiny House is currently being rented and will be available for its new home beginning of July. It has a great floor plan with thoughtful detail throughout, tall ceilings, lots of natural light, and plenty of storage space. As you walk into to this Tiny Home and you will find a Cubic Mini wood burning stove to keep you warm during the winter months. Off to the right you will see the builtin U shaped seating that opens up to 3 large storage areas, plus two slide out shoe storage drawers. The built in seating has a wooden insert turning it into a cozy bed for guests. Next to the wood stove is a small bar top table that seats two people (dining table, office space, art space) and to the left is the spacious kitchen. The kitchen has a large farm sink, an almost full size refrigerator and freezer, and a Furron oven/ three burner gas stove. The counter tops are beautiful custom black walnut butcher block in great condition with lots of cooking space. 5 large cabinets, 4 drawers, 2 floating cedar shelves, and a mounted wine rack for 5 bottles. Towards the back of the home is a large sliding barn door opening up to the spacious bathroom with 2 large windows, a fully functioning toilet, a small floating vanidy, and an overhead rain shower head with a walk in shower. As you make your way up to the loft you will find a spacious area for a queen size bed, windows on both sides, with a large storage loft behind the sleeping loft. This house can hook up to a septic dump or any sewer system, the water hook up is as simple as a (drinking grade) garden hose, and the whole house plugs into a standard 15volt house outlet.
This home features; a fantastic new propane instant hot water heater, white shiplap walls, warm LED Edison bulb lights, rough sawn locally milled pine ceiling, a large bay window, many windows that provide fresh air and an abundance of natural light, a hidden tucked away cat litter box, beautiful engineered acacia flooring, the whole home is designed to run off a 15volt, and a fresh professional exterior and interior paint job. The home was built from an experienced contractor.
The Tiny Home comes with a wood deck and a covered area.
This home would be a great, guest house, Airbnb, long term rental space, art studio, office, full time lived in home, etc.
*The Cedar shingles are now white and the covered porch has clear panels to allow for more natural light on the deck*
This home is also on an rv trailer with grey and black water tanks underneath. Since the tiny home is on a trailer it is easy to move!
