Rep. Peter Abbarno proposes amendment to eliminate unpopular, unfair long-term care payroll tax

Abbarno, R-Centralia, proposed amendment 545 to the operating budget, which would have eliminated the unpopular and unfair long-term care payroll tax.

The amendment failed along partisan lines.
