Carrots/Onions/Celery/Fish bones/Shrimp shells and heads/White wine/Water/Olive oil
ãã³ãžã³/çãã/ã»ããª/éã®éªš/æµ·èã®æ®»ãé /çœã¯ã€ã³/æ°Ž/ãªãªãŒããªã€ã«
Stir fry some fish bones, shrimp heads and shells and also carrots,onions and celery
with olive oil with low heat. All these ingredients will go to compost.
In my opinion, if you put some shrimps and shellfish on the top of the paella,
it would be better to cook bit at the same time but not too much.
After poring some white wine leave them aside)
Poor some white wine and then some water
Separate the soup and cool down right away
