Rep. Jim Walsh shares an update on three controversial public policy bills

With just four weeks remaining in the 2023 session, Rep. Jim Walsh, R-Aberdeeen, shares an update on three controversial public policy bills making their way through the legislative process. Those bills include Senate Bill 5599, a measure that undermines parental rights; Senate Bill 5352, a measure that seeks to restore law enforcement's ability to engage in vehicular pursuits; and the Blake "fix," Senate Bill 5536, a much-watered down recriminalization of hard drugs proposal.
