The 19th District lawmaker talks about growing constituent frustrations with the Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) and the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

Areas of concern include the handling of the reunification of families―for very young and older children―and how healthcare and social workers are treated on their jobs, including physical abuse encountered while performing their duties.
