Highlights: Scotland - Spain | European Championship Qualifying EURO 2024

There's a different feel to tonight as well in Mount Florida. It was a little flat against Cyprus for much of the game and from the stands and that's pulled back against Cyprus getting into the box timing it well Toro just slips Andy Robertson with a perfect pick out just a little deflection in front of he comes off of Martinez just there it does. I tell you a great pick out from Andy Robertson he could have easily been trying to find Lyndon Dykes that ball from Ryan Christie wasn't the best but what a start from Scotland absolutely brilliant even Scotland have four in this attack against four Spanish defenders close to number two so so close indeed well it's the great play from John McGinn that sets it all up and then plenty of runners in front of Ryan Christie just dragging the defense away you can see from that angle there it's just drifting away now Poro the spell and it's off the bottom this is how close Spain came to equalizing through Hossilu to take the corner kick for Spain and just over the top I think it's McTominay that he gets away from go Tierney and McTominay break of the ball now looks to get it on to Hossilu coming forward is Poro he's going to strike one here and he got plenty behind it a stinger for Gunn as he knocks it over the top yeah it's not a bad strike from Poro Poro in space out to the right it comes to him Pedro Poro with the cutback it was long and you can see they're deep inside their own hat Garcia that's not great defending at all behind he's a great first and the second I think Garcia just about gets enough pressure on him to force it in steps Tierney does well you know we've got some engine on him we've seen him doing this in a Scotland jersey driving forward absolutely sublime from Scott McTominay Kieran Tierney trying to pull it back Garcia gets on and makes the block look at this finish from McTominay picked down low bottom weakness in that Spanish defense it's McGinn and he clogged that away absolutely off the bar he's you see the keepers trying to just get out for the cross
