Hi guys! As you can see by the title of this video, I have been to Primark. Primark have
got their new summer stock in. There were still quite a lot of like neutral colours,
but generally as I walked in the main things I could see was a lot of kind of like
bohemian style clothing and like festival clothing, but also a lot of t-shirts with
like little emojis appliqued onto them. There were lots of those. It's obviously
what Primark are predicting is going to be popular this summer. So I picked up a few
bits and I thought I would give you a little insight into what they have got on their shelves
at the minute. The first thing that I picked up was this little t-shirt. You'll notice
that a lot of the stickers are different colours because the sizing in Primark at
the minute is not too accurate. It is so cute, isn't it? I feel like it would be so easy
to wear in summer with like high-waisted denim shorts or a little denim skirt, something
like that. It is off the shoulder as you can see. I am a fan of an off the shoulder top.
The sleeves are kind of long. It's very, very thin and I love the colours in this.
I absolutely love navy. I feel like navy really suits me because I've got fair skin and fair
hair. I feel like this is quite a classy summer top. So I am very much looking forward to
wearing this in summer and this was £6. Okay, the next thing that I got I think is
my favourite thing that I bought this time. It is this pair of shorts. How adorable are
those? The material is a really weird texture. It's kind of like, I want to say like a blouse
but it's not like a blouse at all. So these are just some khaki green flared shorts. They
are elasticated around the waist so they are super comfortable. I feel like this little
bow at the front just absolutely makes these. But if you're looking for these, make sure
you try them on because the sizing of them was so out. I thought I would be a 10 in these
which is usually like kind of my standard size. I had to get a 6 because they came out
so big but they are adorable so I'll forgive them. And they also had these in black. I'm
not sure if there were any other colours but I just saw the green ones and the black ones
and these were £11 but again I feel like they look a lot more expensive than that.
The next top I picked up was quite a simple one. It is this little, what would you call
this? Like a vest top? Like a loose fitted vest top. It's got like a paisley pattern
on it. It's just cream and black. It's just easy to wear isn't it? Again I thought with
a pair of denim shorts on a casual day that's really hot because it's such thin material
and obviously it's flowy. And it was only £4. The next couple of things are slightly
more smart I'd say. The first is this t-shirt. Obviously it's khaki green and it's got like
pale pink, peachy detailing around the edges. The side looks like this. It's got a little
split down the sides and it's obviously got this collar around the top with a little keyhole
on the back. The reason I picked this up is because again I thought with denim shorts
if it was tucked in, imagine it like this, like at a kind of formal barbecue in the summer.
You know like if you go to a family barbecue and you can't go like really really comfy
because you've got to go a little bit smart? I thought this would be perfect for that.
And this was £8. And the next thing I picked up is another little shirt. This is such soft
grey material. I love the colour of it and it's got like a panel of buttons down the
middle. I just thought this was really smart and it's very comfortable because the material
is so soft. And this was £10. This would also look really cute like under a denim dungaree
dress. Oh my god that would be adorable. I need to get myself one. You could pretty much
wear this however you want and it'll look cute. The next thing I picked up is actually
for my holiday. We haven't actually booked our holiday yet so we don't know where we're
going and we don't know when we're going. But when I saw this I thought you know what
that would just be really easy to wear. So this is a little dress. It's kind of like,
it's not really ombre is it? It kind of just goes into grey. It's cinched in at the waist
and obviously you can just wear this like over a bikini or something because it is really
see through. It's got some pretty little straps on the back. Yeah that's it. It's just
really simple and it was only £5. But like I said this would be so easy to throw on at
the beach like over a bikini or a swimsuit or something. I then picked up another top.
I know this isn't the most summery of tops but I really really liked it. So it is kind
of like this woolen material. It's not warm because it's so thin. But I really like this
detailing on the front. It's got cut out shoulders. It's got a little tyre thing on the back so
there's like a hole in the back. Then that tyre's you get me, you get my drift. I just
really like the colour of this and again I thought tucked into high-waisted denim shorts.
Super cute with like a black hat or something. Adorable. A bit like a cowboy. And this was £8.
And then the final piece of clothing that I picked up was this top. Obviously this is
navy blue with white stripes. It needs ironing and it looks really creased. I'm sorry about
that. So this is just a high neck top and at the bottom it's got this little lace detailing
and also really thin so really cool for the summer. And this was also £8.
Okay the next thing I picked up is also one of my favourites that I got this time.
It is this beach bag. This is just navy blue and tan. Obviously it's not real leather,
it's just plastic. But it's really lightweight. Obviously it doesn't feel it at the minute,
it doesn't look it because it's full of other stuff that I will go through in a minute.
But I like that it also has this little pouch like attached to it. You can't take this off.
So when you are off to the beach you can put your keys, your phone, your purse or whatever
in this little pouch and it will keep it safe amongst the rest of your stuff.
And this bag was, how much were you, £8. So a proper bargain.
I only picked up one pair of shoes this time in Primark. I wasn't that keen on too many of them
but these ones I really really like. They are these little sandals. How adorable.
So they're kind of like this suede felt material. I'm not exactly sure what you would call it.
They've got a little buckle on the side and I really like this tassel detailing on the front.
These are surprisingly comfortable too and I thought with the khaki green shorts
these would look so cute. And they were only £5. They also have black ones in stock if you
feel like these ones wouldn't go with a lot of your outfits. And I think they also had grey ones
but don't hold me to that. However these ones were my favourite and they also match the bag.
Look at that. Doesn't that suggest I have my life together? Yes it does.
I've got some secret socks. That's really boring but I wear these socks all the time.
They're my favourite ones and they're only like £3.50.
And I think this is my final like accessory thing. I got this necklace.
All of these chains are connected. So there's a little copper chain,
a silver chain and a gold chain. I really like mixing jewellery colours.
I know some people are like nope you can only wear gold or you can only wear silver
but I like to mix it up you know change the rules a bit.
And I thought with quite a few of these tops like the off the shoulder one
this necklace would look really really nice just to jazz it up a little bit.
And this was only £3. Quite a lot of Primark's necklaces at the minute are like bold statement
necklaces. They're all really colourful and I'm not really a colourful jewellery kind of person
so that was what I liked the most but obviously if you're into statement jewellery get yourself
down to Primark because you will love it in there at the minute.
Bought a little hairbrush didn't I? Do I need a hairbrush? No. But I loved the colour of it
so I picked it up and I liked that it was square. And this was £3. So cute it matches my bedroom.
Okay so now it's for the random stuff section of the haul.
The first thing that I got, very very random, are these reusable ice cubes.
Who would have thought Primark had branched out to the point where they're selling ice cubes.
But they're all different coloured fruits. Aren't they cute? They were £1.50.
Also very happy with this next purchase. This is a splash speaker. This was £7.
You stick it on your wall in the shower or you can take it around the pool with you if you're
on holiday and you just bluetooth it to your phone and play your music through it and it's
actually a really good little speaker. I tried it out yesterday in the shower. I'm very excited
to pretend I'm Adele in the shower with this. And then finally I got three smelly things.
The first is this. This is one of those things that every classy adult you know owns. One of
those little diffuser things that you put the wooden sticks in and somehow the smell travels
up the wooden sticks and makes your room smell nice. It lasts for up to 50 days. How good is
that? And it was only £1. And I got the Madagascan vanilla scent. And then I got two candles. The
first looks like this. It's like a little mug. How cute is that? This is just quite a standard
candle scent. It smells nice. I'll definitely burn it but I mostly just liked it for the mug.
And that was £3. And then I got this candle. I can't go into Primark without getting a candle.
It's just like impossible for me because they have so many different smells and I want them all.
This one is called Lotus Flower. This was definitely the most summery scent I could find
and this was £2. And then the final thing I picked up isn't very summery at all.
It is a mug. This was just by the till and you know when you walk past and you're like
I need that in my life. So it's just this cute little blue paisley pattern. It's quite a big
mug. I know it's not very summery but I liked it. And this was also £2. So that is the end
of this Primark haul. There is a little insight into what Primark are stocking this summer. I
hope you enjoyed this video. If you did, please give it a big thumbs up and remember to subscribe
