Hello everybody, so today it is Thursday. I'm in a very good mood this morning. I have just finished off a little bit of work for Bare Minerals, which I'm really excited about. So you probably would have seen that on Instagram by the time this goes up. It was really cool, basically put party makeup all over my face, all over my face, on my face. So like red lip and everything. And I've like now taken all of that off, so it's not like spoilers. I'm actually like not wearing anything on my skin and it feels really nice because I've been wearing loads of makeup recently. I've got a ton of stuff on my eyes. But anyway, I am driving right now and I am going to pick up the one and only, I covered the, Alex is in town, literally in town. She's currently in Zara, which I think is all of the information you need. She's on the phone to me, trying to convince me to go on a spending ban and she's in Zara, no. So yeah, she's just gonna come chill today. It's gonna be really nice. I think Poppy might pop around later. So it's just like nice, chilled day with my friends. It is like such a miserable day though. We really wanted to have like a lovely, festive afternoon together and it's just grim, so grim. So we're just gonna have a nice, cosy afternoon at the mine and I've been feeling a little bit like overwhelmed by everything recently, like doing Vlogmas and there's a lot of other stuff going on and we're cracking up on Christmas this year and there's so much to think about and there's so much that's on my mind right now that I think I'm like, I am currently listening to my top played things on Spotify. The songs that made your 2017. Man, this weather is grim. I know I said I was staying in the car but I'm the one getting bagels now. Grim. Look what the cat dragged in. I don't know if she's seen me. We've literally just done a catch up in Alex's vlog so now I feel like we kind of need to do the same thing for you guys, otherwise it's not fair. Yeah, we've gotta get some fresh content though. The car's fogging up and I'm feeling claustrophobic so I'm gonna start driving in a second. But I was just telling them about how our nice, festive day has kind of been ruined by the weather. Are we supposed to have a nice, festive day? I had nice, festive plans, like, not major, but. Did they involve going outdoors? Well, it was just like, we go for lunch. Yeah, that. And then we'd maybe walk to the car park and it would be festive. We did walk to the car park. Yeah, we did. With our Starbucks in, so I guess we got somewhere. She was like, I'm so offended by this. I was like, alright. I was on the phone, and I was queuing in Zara, and I said, excuse me, really loudly, and everyone turned around, literally. The people in front of me turned around, and they were like, what? Then I realised they should probably, like, bring it down a notch. Because when I'm on the phone to you, like, It's different. There, there, there. Didn't realise I was in public. I was telling them about you being in Zara, telling me I should go on a spending ban. Yeah. No. Spending ban, Jan. Make it happen. Can we just address how orange I am today? I'm not, I'm not wearing, I'm not wearing anything on my skin. Like, all my foundation has been taken off. Look how orange I am though. I put that Charlotte Tilbury mask on, that I said in my office clear out, I was going to give one last chance. And to be fair, I'm glowing. Like, it tanned, and I'm really happy, because it's like a visible result. But my God, like the areas around my nose, where I do tend to get a bit orange, if I tan, they are something else. Something else. My verdict's still not out on that mask. I like that. For me, it's really natural, but then I started at basically white anyway. Like, pure. Yeah. But then you think it would be more, yeah. I'm wondering if maybe I put too much on. Maybe you did. Did you put anything underneath it? No, because I know that if you put, you're not meant to put oil on before fake tans, so I didn't use any of my oils, which is basically my skincare routine. Yeah, I do my normal skincare routine, and I just put it on the top. Do you do oils though? Sometimes I put stuff on top of it, yeah. Hmm. That's how I felt when you were in the queue in Zara. Where are we going? I don't know. You don't know where we're going. Look at me. Okay, where we are. You said you didn't want two dogs, because they're too difficult. Love has so much. So much love going on right now. So I bought a few things, and we thought it would be fun to get Alex to comment on my purchases. Basically, I did a bit of a Zara order last night. I had so much fun. I actually filmed what I was doing, so I'm gonna insert that now. Did you love that? I loved that. Yeah, I had so much fun last night. So my order has arrived. I actually was in a world of mood, because I realised, I thought it was really late, because it was pitch black, and I was like, oh, I'm not gonna get next day delivery like tomorrow. It was only five o'clock. Oh, that's the best feeling. And it's like next day delivery until seven, which is great. So it arrived today, and I've decided that. Open it. Okay, it is here. Yeah, and Alex is gonna give us her opinions, because Alex commenting on my purchases is hands down one of my favourite things, because she just takes the mick out of everything I buy. Do you not? There's always that one bit of hair. Morning, everybody, and welcome to Vlogmas day nine. Why I have such an issue with figuring out what day it is, I will never know. Why I have such an issue with speaking, I will never know. Clearly, my brain hasn't woken up yet. It takes about six hours for my brain to actually wake up, so here we are. This morning, I am actually going out to shoot some blog photos, and yeah, it's gonna be a nice, chill day. I've got this video right here to get up. I'm spying out the window, waiting for Lauren. I'm actually early slash on time for once. I'm ready. I'm ready to go, guys. It's very exciting for me, because I'm never ready to go, but yeah, it's gonna be a nice, chill day. I'm just gonna get this vlog up and work on a couple of other videos and work on some blog posts, because I still have so many blog posts. Whilst I wasn't really blogging over October and November, I was still actually doing the blog content side of things, so I have so many posts that are still to come, so I need to work on those. I put a new one up yesterday, so I'll link that in the info box below for you guys, but yeah, it should be a nice day. Come on, dogs. Come on, good girls. So yeah, off out we go. Can you hear the faint sound of Christmas music always in this house? I got a little package from Space in K through, which is very nice, and I was actually really excited about this. I saw this on the Space in K Instagram, and some of you might remember years ago, I did a post on how much I love the Bumble and Bumble Pret-A-Powder, and they have sent me the Bumble and Bumble Pret-A-Powder dry shampoos. Ah, my God. This is so exciting. Wait to use these. Pret-A-Powder is the most lovely thing for giving volume and texture to your hair, and the fact that it comes in a spray bottle is everything I've ever wanted, because the little bottle that you have to tip is kind of irritating. So this is what happens when you need to change on a shoot, and it's freezing, and this one is nice and toasty in the car. Yeah, I'm just complaining about my cold fingers, which isn't really much to complain about. For those wondering, I can't fit in here, like I'm all elbows, and I can't change in the driver's seat, so I'm out here. So I'm finally home after having a bit of a moment where I was like, oh my God, I've lost my vlogging camera, and I hadn't lost my vlogging camera. I'm like such an idiot. Just sat there contemplating my life, and how stupid I am. I'm just at one of those points where I'm a little bit like overwhelmed with everything, and it's making me like forgetful slash not forgetful. I'm just like flustered, and I don't look for things properly. So yeah, I'm gonna have a little working lunch. I've got myself some sushi, which I'm very excited about, and yeah, I'm gonna get editing this video here. It is many, many hours later, so it is 20 past five, and I really should start uploading this video soon. Thought that I would say goodbye.
