Camden Town | LONDRES #4

Start a new day and Jon continues It's not as easy as it seems is it Okay so a new day has begun and we're already on our way Another new day has started and we're heading to Camden Camden Town Camden Market What is a hipster market right How would you define it Well they sell everything Second-hand things junk Some vinyl records Yes for playing Aita's records And that's the market one of the most famous markets here in London And they sell everything second-hand clothes All kinds of sweaters hoodies t-shirts from all the series that exist And that's why there are all kinds of shops the facades are also well known because they are painted in all colors There are also shoes this one has the plane here Then there's something for everyone Let's take a little tour and I'll show you everything we come across I suppose most of you know it but just in case here it is This store is All Saints which is known for having a store full of old sewing machines And here we are on a little bridge where the most hipster Starbucks in the world is also located here in Camden And the interesting thing is that in the area where we are it's also a bridge where there used to be a large market of small food stalls Now it's gone everything has been thrown away but here is where the small food stalls began And there was everything there motorcycles motorcycle parts where you could eat and then everything was a big market around there But it looks like they've blocked it off for some kind of work over there by the bridge And all of that has disappeared and it was one of the most well-known areas around here in Camden which is strange I suppose they are doing a good job Here the locks are also well known because many people here live on boats or travel by boat And the problem is that the river is at different levels along London Here is higher and there is lower Then the locks are basically these areas here that are closed Now they are open but because it's releasing water and what it does is that when a boat passes it levels it Oh they either lower it or raise it depending on the situation Well if a boat comes this way it gets here and since the level is lower it waits They fill up this entire tank with water come here they drain it and it exits on the other side at the level of the outlet A store called Serial Killer that has stalls from all over the world You know boxes like these as you can see are from any country all kinds of flavors Then the store that is the bar itself is also very curious To eat you can eat at tables sitting on beds They have arcade machines We're about to enter the geekiest store in all of Kande which is one of the most well-known ones for that reason What is the Cyber Dog which is this one here What has here two androids on the sides We're going in because it's a store like that electronics with all kinds of super weird clothes and items And there are people dancing and everything already Well I couldn't record more than a few seconds because they wouldn't let me But anyway I hope it's roughly clear what the store's thing is about Well we came here to eat at a typical English-style Japanese restaurant in Kandentown Yes it's curious because the tables seem like you have to sit there on the floor crouched down But no it's a trick it seems like you're sitting in a Japanese way But it has a space in the ground here for you to put your legs In the end he sits the same way Little failure Well it's pretty cool Here are the chefs And it's right next to the world's most hipster Starbucks Well we've already left the Kandent area and came to the center That's where these super cool Christmas lights are They are like that And we have entered a really cool store that is all about stuffed animals and such But it's also the decoration that's amazing because it's there like a recreated forest With water falling here But it's all very nicely decorated And the truth is it's really cool So let's take a little tour because there's something for everyone Which one Paint the face down there Like animals Yes We can finally see the Big Ben tower After many days No it's a model Okay I'm home now He saw London here in Madrid again in a second Nothing we haven't recorded much because after Kandent we took a short walk through the center Because I had to go back to the airport So nothing relevant has happened either The only thing that did happen is that I was on schedule because I had the plane at around 8:10 PM yesterday And it came out with a time that was roughly calculated from the time I took to go there Then on the way there it took me half an hour because there's a Gatwick Express I arrived at Gatwick Airport and in half an hour the Gatwick Express will take you to the center of London It's great Then I had that half hour to get back but when I checked Google Maps to leave the option didn't appear And then looking on the web and such it turned out that a few stations on the straight line from Gatwick to the center were under construction And then you had to take another train that went all the way around almost the entire south of London And instead of half an hour it took an hour and a half I got to the airport super late but it was okay then there was a flight delay so I arrived just fine right But the whole trip was full of nerves not knowing if I would arrive And nothing bad but then the flight was fine aside from that small delay I've traveled there and back with Iberia Express which is like the low-cost airline of Iberia That's good I gave him a 6 or so I don't know if it's his fault but both the way there and back I had problems Yes with delays which made me check the carry-on bag I don't like it I have to say But anyway aside from that the trip went very well It's been a very short trip more so with the family than anything else For example Christmas Day was spent with family we didn't go on a trip But because I've gone there several times since my sister lives there And I will come back in the future so if you miss me don't worry I haven't shown you typical things yet Like Westminster Bay the parliament Buckingham Palace things like that It's been good because I've already seen them and both my aunt and my sister have seen them too But anyway in the future if I go with someone who hasn't been I'll show you everything And you will be able to see it if you don't know it I hope you enjoyed the trip even though it was more family-oriented And today we are on December 21st I don't know when you'll see this maybe in a month I can imagine So nothing on January 1st New Year I'm going
