Well, we're already in Sevilla.
The trip was short, but it's been an hour and a pickup from Cordoba.
The worst thing was to park here in Seville, or sea, it's impossible.
Two hours parking.
- I know.
O sea, you gotta leave it in a private underground parking lot.
And I sell, or sea, about 22 euros a day, in which then I leave us.
I don't know, I suppose they'll have similar rates, because with the amount of demand
There's a parking lot here, because we had to make cola and everything, because it's full,
They can really charge what they want.
Y nada, we are already walking through Seville and we are going to give a tour through the Triana neighborhood
And so, and tomorrow we'll be visiting sites inside.
Like the Cathedral or the Golden Tower, we'll be coming depending on the hours.
and availability.
So that's nothing, this is basically Sevilla, we're walking by the Vera de Guadalquivir
We'll be interned inside what are now the neighborhoods.
Well, we've entered here the Parque de María Luisa, which I think is the largest park
There's something very cool here in Seville, it's very big, I don't know as much as El Retiro,
But at least it looks great, no we've gone through it still whole, we just entered and we're
Here in the part that is known as the Lotus Park or Del Loto, I'm not so sure.
There are patitos, there is hasta un pavo ahí en medio y nada, we're going to go now towards la Plaza España
As soon as we finish this area, so now you'll see, but it's one of the most well-known parts
The one from Seville.
Well, we're already in the Plaza de España, which is a huge plaza, which is here in the
The heart of the Parque de María Isabel is a square that, if you like, is sold in the movie
Star Wars, I think it's the second or third, right?
It's the new one, but not exactly the fourth.
Second or third, when Anakin is so young, he goes out with Padmé as he walks by
Between the arcs and I don't know, any information you have, Mara?
From Star Wars or...?
No, the Plaza.
Then you can give us your opinion of the new movie.
Well, behind there is the statue of Aníbal González, who is the main
architect of the Plaza España, but...
Well I had to take out my phone to record because I ran out of battery the other day.
Because I don't have a spare camera right now, so we'll record what's left of the day.
With this, it's a shame because it records very well at night, but well, we'll arrange
For a day.
So, Mara, as you were saying, the architect had been Hannibal y...?
Aníbal González and the other era...
But I don't remember.
I don't remember the last name.
Then I got it.
Well, this is the plaza and it's huge.
The curious fact is that the first brick, bueno, piedra, was put by Alfonso XIII.
- I'm not going anywhere.
Yes, of course.
There are many people who are not from Spain, Mara, and you don't know it.
Well, but Alfonso XIII.
And there are four main arches that represent the four ancient kingdoms that Spain had.
This is what he learned ten seconds ago because one of the carriages was with horse.
What happened, the guide has been telling, so he left me with that.
And nothing, we're gonna do a little spin that's very cool because above it there are the bridges
These are shaped like arches.
Let's go through some of those.
Well, we're passing by the back of what's the plaza and there are some banquitos
You have something special, Mara.
Because they have mosaics made, representative of each province of Spain.
Cosas.
Yes, Jolín, look, you have there Toledo.
Yeah, let's see.
Encima also has the shield on it, right?
What is the province.
And debajo have a map of the province.
Yeah, it's made like with baldosas.
So here, for example, is El Valladolid.
Ah, look, just like the Vizcaya.
It's mine.
Then there's the shield of Vizcaya, which I didn't know that shield.
Maybe it's historical or something.
And here we have a representation of Vizcaya, the pacification of the bandos.
And here is the map with Bilbao.
And above you can see where we were.
If you want to see the chapters of Euskadi, then where were we?
We're at the sea in Bilbao.
Look, Plencia, where I live.
There it is.
I live here.
And the walk we did was around here, around Guernica, all this area.
So he is muy chulo.
Okay, what I was saying, above everything, more above...
Ah, there it is.
See the headlines of Spanish illustrious characters.
The problem is you can't read the number.
I'm going to the hospital.
I don't know who it is either.
- That's nice.
It's undoubtedly one of the most beautiful places he's been to.
O sea, it seems spectacular.
Yes, but apart from being spectacular in itself, o sea, that you see from afar y say
Oh, my God, she's so pretty!
It's just that the details are super well-cared for.
O sea, what are the arches and all the baldosas.
How are all the provinces represented.
Then on top with characters illustrated by the arcs.
Yes, but I don't know.
There must be some like it, but I don't know.
It seems to me a plaza that deserves a visit.
Very, very pretty.
We've come here for a fair that's here in Seville.
And we've got to eat something typical Sevillian.
It's something of a fruit crop, isn't it?
Yes, it has lots of fruit, it's super healthy.
It's a piece of biscocho that's bigger than our hand.
Oh, the sea, the beast.
Bestial, vaya bicha. What are you doing?
This is not the end of the world.
What's in it, cream?
Mother of mine!
Bizcocho with cream.
Tomorrow we're going for a run, right?
All day long.
Now we are in the Avenida Constitución, in the center of Seville.
That is like the Gran Vía de Madrid.
It's the zone where everybody comes to...
Wherever you go, wherever you turn and so on.
Then it's full of food on both sides.
- What about the restaurant?
Did you see them coming?
I'm all barecillos and shit.
There's a lot of people up there.
But it's a reventar.
And here we have the Cathedral of Seville.
Well, we'll visit her another day as soon as we can.
But good, let's take advantage now to see her at night.
That's right on Constitution Avenue that he commented.
That's where everybody is.
Well, the cathedral is just locked.
We are now in the Patio de las Bandeas.
It's the number you have.
A little patio that has many oranges.
As is normal here, in all Andalusia.
For what we're seeing.
It is inside the Real Alcazar de Sevilla.
Which we're not going to see today, obviously, because it's already closed.
But we'll sell today on Saturday.
Well, in principle I think Monday, that's free.
But we have to be very clear about why I didn't put it on the schedule.
We've been visiting now.
We've been visiting.
What we've seen now.
So nothing, we'll keep going around, seeing the Cathedral.
We're going to the town hall and I don't know what else we'll see.
But, come on, all we can see now at night is that it's half lit.
Here we have the Cathedral of Seville from another perspective.
And there, that tower, is la Giralda.
Well, we are now.
We follow in the center of Seville, in the Plaza del Salvador.
It's a very well-known square, where a lot of people gather too.
To take something.
And it's now reventing itself.
Well, nothing, it is Saturday.
And what can you tell us about this plaza, Mara?
Who was the architect?
No me hagas como tu hermana, eh. You know what?
Here we are arriving at, if I can, a De Sevilla.
It's next to a carousel they put up for Christmas.
For the record, this is the carousel and this is the town hall.
I'm sure there are many doubts.
That's why he said it.
It's the next day, but good, I'll see you today.
Because at the end we were with some friends from here, from Seville.
Well, son of Cádiz, but they were here.
We went to dinner with them and we stayed till the late hours.
And no, we were having dinner at a bar near where we have the floor.
And you were very chulo, you ate very well.
I was super rich.
Yes, it was...
It wasn't typical stuff.
No, well, I had a thing for everything and stuff like that.
There were, uh, ration plans, but it was too good to eat.
So nothing, we close already and tomorrow even more.
