Gorgeous The Tiny House For Sale In As In Condition

Tiny House for sale in AS IN condition. This sale doesn’t include land or delivery of the house. You must be able to pick it up & move it. It cannot stay at its current location.
It sits on a 20ft double axel trailer, is 13ft tall and has an outdoor storage cabinet. The interior has walls built, plumbing & electrical run with spray foam insulation. The walls are stained tongue & groove cedar wall board and the floor is waterproof floating floor boards.
The floor plan boasts a bathroom with a tub and composting toilet, a prepped kitchen space with brand new (in box) appliances included, a living space and two lofts. One loft is 8ft deep and can fit a king bed, the other loft is 6ft deep and wired to be an office space with extra outlets for a computer & monitors.
It has a mini-split a/c & heating system and a tankless water heater. The included appliances are a 2burner glass cooktop, an under-counter fridge, and a convection oven/microwave. The cooktop is convection & uses magnets to heat, so it comes with pots & pans that will work.
Also included is all the leftover stain/paint that has been used so there isn’t question on what is needed for touch ups. An extra box of flooring is also included just in case. There are things like backsplash tiles, curtains & curtain rods, a screen for the door, etc. that I have that are also included if desired.
The tiny house needs interior trim work, cabinets/backsplash/shelving in the kitchen & entry space, and a few final touches on the exterior to be complete and ready to go. It currently is livable, as there is a composting toilet, but there is no sink until the kitchen is added.
This tiny house only needs a power & water hook up to be fully operational. The power cords & adapter from 50amp – 30amp are also included. The 30amp plug in does need to be 120volts, not 240 volts. If you have a 50amp at 240 volts, that can be used without the adapter/wishbone.
This tiny house is in the perfect place for any DIY-er to put their mark on it and make it feel like home. It has not been lived in.
