10 SIMPLE SPRING OUTFITS FOR EVERYONE | CAPSULE WARDROBE ESSENTIALS

Hi guys, welcome back to my channel. I just thought I'd film a really, really simple spring outfits like styling video. I feel like I show a lot of outfits when it comes to like me doing hauls and things like that. But I feel like on YouTube, I don't do many just purely dedicated videos showing you just outfit inspo. I do a lot of reels over on my Instagram. Obviously my Instagram is full of just pictures of outfit inspo. I do loads over on TikTok as well. So I'll pop the links to those if you don't already follow me on there. But yeah, I don't really do that much on YouTube. So I just thought I'd put together this really simple video where I'm gonna style up loads of spring outfits. Not sure how many there's gonna be at the moment, but yeah, let me know if you like this kind of video from me. I don't really do many like this. So yeah, it would be good to know if you like it. It's also taken so much effort for me to find a setup where I can film like my entire body in this setup with the camera because I'm so tall. My rooms in my house aren't big enough for me to put the camera far enough away. So anyway, I'm gonna stop babbling. Let's just jump straight into the video. Okay, so starting off super simple and super easy. A very, very classic looking spring outfit in my opinion. I feel like everyone has things like this or similar in their wardrobe, but this makes the perfect base for so many different occasions and so many different like springtime outfits. So I had to start with this one. So I've just gone for a really simple white linen shirt. I love wearing linen in spring. It just has that, I don't know, you know, compared to just a plain white cotton shirt, just wearing linen makes me feel so spring summer. Even though when I film this, it's literally tipping it down with rain outside, but oh well. So yeah, white linen shirt. I've paired it with my favorite straight leg jeans. These ones are from H&M. I have also just sold it with a couple of black accessories. So I've gone for my black shoulder bag from Pauline and then obviously some black sunglasses. And I decided to keep it really simple and just go for white trainers for more of a casual look. So I've just put on my plain white Nike Air Force Ones. I just really, really love this, but I wanted to show you a few, just how easy it is to dress this outfit and wear it for different occasions. So me wearing it like this, obviously with trainers, I just want to show you what it looked like before I did something. So these jeans don't look like this. They're not rolled up all the time. So usually they look like this. Hopefully you can see that on screen, but yeah, as you can see on this side, it just doesn't quite look right. So my advice would be, if you are going to pair them with jeans, just do a couple of rolls on your jeans. You just want that tiny little bit of ankle showing when you wear low top trainers like this. If you're wearing high top, like Converse, Jordans, you won't really need to do it. But with low top trainers like this, plimsolls, I definitely recommend rolling your jeans up a couple of times. So just going to roll these back up. This outfit also looks great underneath a black blazer like this, just to smile it up a little bit. So this would make a really great, like I'd say like a shopping outfit, maybe going out for lunch. You want to be comfortable, but look nice. Just really, really classic in my opinion. I'm going to show you some different like shoe alternatives as well. So as you can see this time, I have paired this outfit with my chunky rope sandals and just a big kind of like basket bag and some nudie coloured sunglasses. I'm just wearing them on my head just to show you a bit more of a relaxed, maybe even more of a holiday kind of vibe. Maybe if you're going on a city break or do you know what I mean? You want to be walking around, you'll look nice, be comfortable. This just, again, makes the best base layer. I love how it looks with chunky sandals. I have rolled my jeans back down for this look because I think it looks quite nice with these kind of sandals. I'm probably barely going to be able to fit in the shot with these heels on. I'm so tall with these on, but just quickly wanted to show you as well a way to take this outfit into more of like an evening wear. So if you're going out for some dinner and some drinks, I personally would just pop on a little blazer over the shoulders. I've popped on my green little court heels from Zara and then just a matching bag. I just think a bright heel and a bright bag can just like spice up any outfit. And that's one of the real benefits of wearing like a more classic outfit. It makes it really, really easy to inject colour in other places just very, very easily. I'm not going to do this with every outfit, by the way, guys. I just kind of wanted to demonstrate how easily all of these outfits I'm about to show you can just be worn like so many different ways. So yeah, onto outfit two. Not two, probably about outfit number four now, but yeah, outfit two. Okay, next up, super simple, but arguably one of my favourite like go-to looks for spring and summer, really. I absolutely love a pair of camel wide leg trousers. I don't know what it is. I just feel like, I mean, I love a pair of jeans, don't get me wrong, but they just add that tiny little bit more, they just make it look like you've made a little bit more effort. I don't know why, I feel like obviously because they're deemed to be more like work wear, but yeah, I love wearing trousers really, really casually with trainers. So yeah, I'm wearing my camel trousers. These ones are from PLT and I am obsessed with the fit of them. I love how they fit around the waist. I feel like they're super flattering. I've also got a pair from Zara, but I will say these have like overtook them as my faves because I just feel like around the waist, these fit really, really lovely. And yeah, and the length on me is just perfect. I'm five foot eight, by the way, if you're new here or just in case you're wondering. Anyway, I've just paired this with a really simple fitted white tee from Zara. Super simple, but super easy to wear. And then black bag with black sunglasses just to give it, I don't know, kind of that little bit more of like a chic look. I don't know, but yeah, I really, really love this outfit. And yeah, if it was cold, you could definitely pair this with a leather jacket. So just to show you how it looks with a leather jacket, this one is from Naked Fashion. There we go. Just for those, you know, cooler days where we can't go outside without a jacket on, like right now, this is how it looks with a jacket. But yeah, definitely one of my easiest go-to outfits for spring. Okay, I will always love an all-black outfit. It will always be my fave. So yeah, I know it's spring styling haul, but I can't leave an all-black outfit in autumn, winter. I have to take it all year through. So I thought I'd show you one of my favourite, easy go-to all-black outfits for this time of year. So I've just got on a plain black t-shirt. This one is from H&M. I really like wearing oversized t-shirts with longer sleeves. I just feel like they look a little bit more cool and a little bit more flattering that way. So yeah, I always look for t-shirts that kind of like reach my elbow. And yeah, I've just tucked it in to my Zara black trousers. These would make such a good pair of like workwear trousers, but equally just dressed down with a t-shirt and pair of trainers. I love how they look. I've just popped on my black belt. This one is just from Primark. Honestly, about eight years ago, I'm not exaggerating. I've owned this belt in my last, before I moved into this house. I owned it in my previous place and the place before that. I would really like to invest in a new belt actually, but anyway, that just shows how long this has lasted. So yeah, belt was from Primark, probably not available. I'm sure they'll do similar though. And then my black shoulder bag and of course black sunglasses always. But yeah, I love, love this outfit. Okay, so I've just gone and grabbed my oversized green tote bag from Naked Fashion. And as you can see, it just makes the look seem just a little bit more casual. So yeah, if like all black isn't really your thing, I really love how this bag looks as well. And you just kind of hold it like that. But yeah, as I was saying, if all black isn't really your thing, you could definitely brighten it up with accessories. This outfit would also look really, really nice with chunky sandals. You could even wear a nice pair of heels, pop a blazer on, wear a little clutch bag. And then you've got a really simple evening outfit as well. Okay, next up, I thought it was time to get my legs out. Okay, I've had my legs covered up for this whole video. So I am just wearing, these are a recent purchase. These are my high-waisted black tailored shorts from Zara. Such a good purchase. I just thought they look a little bit more like formal than just plain like denim shorts. So yeah, really, really happy that I've got these. My white t-shirt is from H&M. No, is it from H&M? It's either H&M or Misguided. I'll double check. I've got a few of these. I'll actually, no, this feels like, yeah, this is the H&M one. It feels a little bit thinner than the Misguided one. Needs a bit of a steam actually. So I've just padded in my t-shirt and then my oversized cream blazer from H&M. I bought this last year. It was such a good purchase. There's just so many ways to wear these blazers. I recently did a reel over on my Instagram. I'll pop a little snippet of it in here. Just showing some of the ways that you can wear these blazers because I truly, truly love a blazer, especially like a cream blazer this time of year. So, so nice. Anyway, I'll try and link it in the description box if it's still online. And then I know this isn't everyone's cup of tea, the whole like socks and trainers thing, but I love socks and trainers with like bare legs. I know it can look a little bit like schoolboy, but I love it and it's so, so comfortable. But if it's not your thing, you could definitely just dress this outfit with some chunky sandals or some loafers, whatever tickles your fancy really. And then I just popped on my little black shoulder bag with this. Of course, my sunglasses, but yeah. I love this for more of like a warmer day when it's warm enough to get your legs out, but you know, you're still requiring a jacket. We are in the UK. One minute it is snowing, literally, and the next minute it's sunny. So yeah, you gotta be ready for all occasions. Okay, this is slightly more of a trendier look because suits are just so on trend right now, but I had to include it. I'm justifying it because I feel like if you want like a spring capsule wardrobe, you'll already have probably a couple of blazers. So what I'm saying is just get the trousers to match and then you've got a whole new outfit. But oh my God, this suit, I am so obsessed with it. The fit is just gorgeous. I love it. Anyway, it's from Forth and Reckless. It's a new suit. It literally just dropped this week. I am obsessed with it. I'm wearing the blazer in a size 12 so that it's a little bit more like oversized. Just popped on a t-shirt with it. And then the trousers I am wearing in a size eight. There's just something that I feel is so cool about dressing down a suit. So yeah, I've obviously put my trainers on and a cap with this, but it's just, it's such a comfortable outfit to wear. I would rather wear a pair of trousers now than a pair of jeans for like a more casual look. And yeah, I feel like I look smarter. I feel more comfortable. So it's just win-win all around. I feel like this outfit will forever just be a go-to for me. Like a simple white t-shirt, throw on a leather jacket, some blue ripped jeans. Where's the pocket? There we go. Some blue ripped jeans. These ones are my faves from Zara. I've wore them so, so many times. Like on my Instagram, on my YouTube channel, but they do still have them online. So I will link them. Some trainers and then just an easy throw on bag. I decided to use my little like mustard coloured shoulder bag just to add a little bit of a pop of colour. Ooh, there's an aeroplane going over. Really sorry if you can hear that. And yeah, and then trusty sunglasses as always. And yeah, this is just such a go-to for like if you're going, heading out like shopping or you know, you just want to be comfortable, casual. Sorry guys, my heart was just literally in my mouth. I heard a bang downstairs and I thought someone had come in. It's just me on my own today. And I was just like, I thought someone had just come in my house. Oh my God. Woo, I'm actually hot. I'm hot. Oh my gosh. I need one second. Oh my gosh. Sorry about that. I thought I was having to prepare myself for a fight then. Jeez, it's just the dogs being stupid. They've knocked something off the table downstairs, but oh my God. Anyway. So yeah, as I was saying, go-to outfit, very, very simple. Very, very easy. Very, very spring. Hello, Bolly. You're not supposed to be in here. Yes, what have you just done? What have you just done? And Desi's here. Would it really be a video if the dogs didn't come and interrupt? You've got to go out now, darlings. I'm nearly done. Come on, out you go. Thank you. Out you go. I feel like this look is simple but effective. Probably one of my, I think I've said this for every outfit, haven't I? One of my favourite outfits, but all these outfits that I'm showing are just such go-to outfits for me for this time of year. So they're all my favourites. I'll just say that. But I love a blue pinstripe shirt this time of year. Very, very spring, summer. I'm actually wearing a new one. This is from H&M. This is a linen pinstripe blue shirt. Love, love, love how this looks with black trousers. You could definitely wear some slimmer jeans or leggings with this, but I quite like the whole oversized look. And then I've just popped a little black bag on to match the trousers. This would be such a lovely workwear outfit. Obviously, you could smarten it up. You could tuck in the shirt. I have just worn mine unbuttoned at the bottom and just loose, free-flowing. Also thought this would be another great outfit for if you were going on a city break, really comfortable for exploring. Obviously, the shirt's linen, so it will keep you cool if it's a little bit warmer. But yeah, you just can't go wrong with a nice linen shirt, some nice trousers, and some trainers. You could obviously wear this with, ooh, the light. The sun has just gone in. Sorry if I've just gone really dark. But you could obviously also pair this with maybe some black chunky sandals when it's a little bit warmer. And this outfit would look just as nice with some wide leg jeans. So yeah, so many alternatives that you could do for this outfit. But yeah, this is just a winner for me. Okay, another very easy outfit for you. I'm just wearing a vest top. This one is from Zara, I think. Yes, this one is from Zara. Sorry, just had to check in the mirror then. I've got so many of these just plain vest tops kicking about, but yes. This one's from Zara. I've just popped on the Zara linen shirt on that I had at the very beginning of the video, just to show you a different way to style it. You don't have to wear it buttoned up and formal. I really like wearing it as almost like a substitute jacket and just over the top of other outfits like this. And then these jeans, oh my God, these are one of my favourite pairs of jeans. And I'm always asked where they're from. I don't know if they're still gonna be online. I'll try to find them, but I basically got them from ASOS last year and they're Stradivarius jeans. So I'll try my best to find them, but they're in the most gorgeous like bleach washed denim, proper wide leg, no rips in them. So I felt they look a little bit more, not formal, just not as casual as my ripped jeans. So yeah, really, really like these, love this outfit. I've also just popped on my little blue bag from ASOS. I literally got this last year. I think it was honestly about a tenner, but I really like how it kind of like matches the jeans. I like the blue and white moment, very like neutral, but spring, summer. Love this for like a little bit of a warmer day. You could obviously swap the linen shirt with a coat, maybe a trench coat. You can have a double denim moment, have a denim jacket, leather jacket, a blazer, and it would all just look lovely. I'll quickly throw on a blazer just to show you how it looks. So I'm just popping on my blazer from H&M in like this pale grey colour. This again, so lovely for this time of year. And yeah, just to show you how easy it can be just to quickly switch up an outfit for a completely different look. It really wouldn't be a spring outfits video if I didn't style up my beloved trench coat. So I've popped on my blue and white striped linen shirt. This time I am wearing it with my blue jeans. I've just rolled up the bottoms of them just so it looks a little bit better with the trainers. Trainers are my Nike Air Force 1s. And I've just like half tucked the shirt into the jeans. And then my very well-loved Burberry trench coat. I bought this last year from Vista Village. So I did get it really discounted. And Vista Village is very hit and miss. I always get people messaging me about this, like asking how easy it was to find. It was literally the only one in the shop. It was a really lucky find. So yeah, it's very hit and miss. It's just, if it's there on the day, it's there on the day, do you know what I mean? But anyway, had to get an outfit wearing my favourite, favourite trench. So I love pairing like a trench coat with blue denim. I feel like it looks so, so springy. And then I've just popped on my Katie Loxton cross body cream bag just to brighten it up overall. I feel like it looks really, really nice. Bit of a change from wearing like a black bag as well. And I just popped on some sunglasses. And one thing I do like to do whenever I wear a shirt underneath a trench, I like to roll the sleeves up just once, just so you can see the colour of the shirt that I'm wearing underneath. I don't know, I just feel like it gives it more of like a spring, summer vibe. Just seeing a little bit more of like the colour of the shirt. I don't know, it's just something that I've always done.
