NBA Top 10 Plays Of The Night | March 18, 2023

Time for your top plays from Saturday night and if you pay close attention you'll note a defensive theme. First Jaron Jackson Jr. to the rim turned away by Jonathan Kaminga blocking the blocker there in Memphis. At number nine Mason Plumlee, a big man with vision. Plumlee goes behind his world to find Nicholas Batute for the corner three in LA. Now back to the D at number eight Jeff Green coming in hot. Isaiah Hartenstein plays cooler. Hartenstein with the answer to Uncle Jeffy's dunk attempt. That takes us to number seven. More rim protection this time from Daniel Gafford. Gafford turns away the rookie Keegan Murray this time. At number six Ananobi putting the O in OG. Ananobi coming in hard and finishing the play and that takes us to number five. Remember Jeff Green? Remember the moment a few seconds ago that he couldn't complete the dunk? Well he's back and this time advantage Green comes flying in for the big finish. At number four, speaking of big finishes, it's Jaden McDaniels taking dead aim at Yaka Pirtle. This my friends is big game hunting and nothing Pirtle the rim protector could do about it. To number three, same court. Scotty Barnes this time gets involved in transition and hammers that home. Let's stay in Toronto at number two and this time it's Nas Reid and it's Reid elevating and exciting even on the road. That takes us to number one. We started with defense, we finished with defense, and in this case Walker Kessler finishes the game. A block on Grant Williams to save it for the Jazz in Salt Lake City and that tops off our top plays.
