Double jaw surgery for gummy smile - graphic content. Warning

Double jaw surgery or bimax surgery is very effective for treating a gummy smile and in improving the nasal airway and giving a wider more broader smile too. We need to operate on both jaws so i thought I’d try and do a video of surgery.
