Growing Maidenhair Ferns & Moisture Loving Houseplants - Adiantum

Fern friday! This week I wanted to talk about the Maidenhair fern as well as methods for growing moisture loving houseplants in general. The maidenhair fern ( Adiantum ) is a difficult to keep houseplant that is problematic for a lot of gardeners. Giving these ferns lots of humidity and moisture makes all the difference in the world. The Adiantums are excellent plants for terrariums and exceptional houseplants for low light rooms with lots of humidity such as a bathroom.
