
Advanced Athletic Cardio Workout Circuit For Aesthetics
A fun and athletic cardio type workout at Scott Herman's studio! The majority of this workout can be done at a park. If you don't have access to the specific equipment we used, then it's time to get creative! You can change the exercise to something similar, or perhaps find a piece of equipment that somewhat represents the piece we were using. We hope you enjoyed this video :)
Colossus Cardio- Total time is approximately 30 minutes
Calisthenics: 3 sets
1. Rope climbs
2. Tricep Dips
3. Monkey Bars
4. Box Jumps
Agility Cardio: 5 sets
1. Tire step through
2. Side shuffles with sprint
Bodyweight Cardio: 30 seconds x 5 sets
1. High knees
2. Burpees
3. Push ups
