#primark #primarkhaul #spring
Hi guys, welcome back to my channel.
Welcome back to a brand new video.
Today we have a Primark haul,
which some of you, if you're coming over for my last video,
will be highly anticipating,
considering I took you around the shop,
showed you what was new in.
Went to Manchester, so it's a really big store.
So if you did miss that and wanted to see
what is in stores currently,
then I will leave that video linked below.
But otherwise, if you're here for the haul section,
then sit back, relax, grab a drink,
grab some snacks and let's just jump straight into it.
The first thing to know about this Primark
is that they have a worn well within them,
which is like a vintage clothing store
with loads of branded items.
I did show you some bits from that section
in that vlog that I previously uploaded.
And you may have seen, I tried on a denim jacket.
So I did pick it up.
I was looking at the denim jackets
that Primark had themselves and they just,
I just was put off by the buttons.
I even mentioned that in that video, actually.
They just felt a bit cheap looking.
So anyway, when I saw this, I was like, brilliant.
Struck gold.
Levi's denim jacket.
I feel like denim jackets are gonna be huge this spring.
And what I love about this, like I said,
the buttons and everything,
it's kind of like vintage worn look.
This one is an XXL from Levi's.
And there was a lighter wash denim that I tried on
that fit a bit snugger,
but I kind of want that oversized fit anyway.
And also I wanted this color.
So I went for this one of the two.
This is the one that I was drawn to most.
35 pounds.
I'm on Pinterest currently looking up different ways
and ideas of styling a denim jacket,
not just with like a little summer's dress in,
but maybe some double denim
and just playing around a little bit
with the trend that is going to be fast upcoming.
I do feel like a denim jacket though
is a classic thing anyway.
It's not gonna be like a, whoa, that's a trend.
Like the leather trench that I tried on in my Zara haul,
I was a bit like, ooh,
that's a bit too trend for me, I think.
So can you believe it?
One homewear item I picked up, one.
And you guys know how much I love Primark home,
especially in Manchester city centre.
So I honestly was quite surprised.
I only came away with one thing,
but nevertheless,
we're talking more things fashion in this video.
Let's just keep it like that.
Otherwise I did pick up this.
They're like a hanging pomander type thing.
They're very much reminding me
of the Diptyque ones that they do,
except these ones are only £1.50.
So quite a significantly lower price.
You can kind of see that.
I've just shimmied it out the bottom.
It's a rectangular design
and it's got the kind of face design that Primark do.
So yeah, just on a black ribbon,
so you can pop these in like your wardrobes,
in a room just to scent them.
It's in the scent cedarwood and vanilla.
So I think you can spritz them as well
to refresh the fragrance.
So I've got like a white company mist
or a linen mist that you might have
to spritz it to keep it smelling nice and fresh.
So they are kind of reusable as well, £1.50.
Within this haul,
I got quite a lot of kind of capsule pieces,
capsule items that I thought
would make really nice additions
into my spring wardrobe,
spring capsule wardrobe.
And this first one being this knit vest,
they had quite a few knit vests and striped ones as well.
I really liked the darker beige to this,
it's more of like an oatmeal beige
with the black stripe, love stripes, £7 this one.
It feels like a really nice knit.
That's something that I imagined I'd see in like Zara,
not Primark.
And yeah, really well-made, really nice quality.
I also got a lot from the Primark edit range,
which you'll see throughout this haul.
And if you know, the Primark edit range,
especially in the Manchester store is so good.
They did actually have a whole sectioned off bit this time,
which ordinarily you just see them dotted around.
So I basically rinsed that entire section of clothes.
So it is a bit more premium on the price front,
but the quality,
you have to look past the fact
that you're getting it from Primark.
Imagine that it was in COS or ARKET or H&M, Zara, wherever,
you would pay more for this kind of a premium fabric.
So this one, for instance,
just a good basic boxy white tee, £12.
£12 for Primark sounds extortionate, I understand that.
But if you could feel this right now,
you would understand why.
So nice, weighty, super, super soft.
I actually picked up two of those.
I've got another one down there.
So yeah, they're kind of like a creamy white as well.
They're just a really nice, not cheap white.
You know, sometimes you get like a real cheaper white one
that almost looks a bit bluey.
That one's a really nice creamy white, love that.
Anyway, I picked up these trousers.
I believe I've picked these up in the past,
but they were too big for me.
So I took them back.
Now this time I got a size eight
because they didn't have any tens available
and they're a bit snug.
So I feel like I might still have to go on the hunt
for a size 10 in these.
But they were £18, gorgeous color,
like a khaki olive kind of color.
Really nice fabric as well, actually.
And this is what you're looking out for
if you want to shop the Primark Edit range.
These swing tags look a little bit different.
I think they teamed them with a basic white vest in store.
I can't remember, but these again,
they had basic white knits,
which I showed in the vlog at the start
for £4 or £5.
And then they had these ones from the Edit range,
which are £10, 100% cotton.
And they're like a super soft, again,
fabric, quite weighty as well.
So it's just that extra like kind of luxe feel
that you know looks nicer, feels nicer.
The ones that they had at £4 or £5,
they were ribbed like the H&M ones,
but the H&M ones are thicker.
Got this one in a small, which is a 10 to 12.
I would say their smalls in Primark
are quite generously sized.
So just bear that in mind.
If you're in between sizes,
go for the size down, I would say.
I loved that vest so much
that I did also pick up the black version.
Just again, good staple capsule pieces
that I can mix and match with other items.
I know I'm going to get a lot of wear out of them.
So for £10, yeah, picked up the black one too,
again, in a small.
Now I did go for one of the cheaper ones at £5
just to comparatively show you,
but rather than going for the white,
which like I said, feels a bit too thin,
I went for the khaki colour
and it's a colour that I don't already have
in the H&M vest.
So I thought I would add it into my spring wardrobe.
Love green in spring.
These was like some cream jeans,
straight jeans would be really nice,
just a plain and simple vest top.
Layer up the gold jewellery and yeah, love that.
So £5 for a small,
and that's what I mean by the kind of ribbed fabric,
if you can see.
Now this is another ribbed knit vest.
So I feel like I really am gaining
a whole new wardrobe here.
But this one again is from the Edit range
and this is super thick, very, very thick.
And the shape of it is of course very different as well.
It's got the high neck and it's like kind of semi-cropped,
a boxier kind of fit.
£12 this one.
I cannot get over the quality of this.
It's so thick.
I honestly feels like I would see this in COS
and go, ooh, yeah.
So you do pay a more premium price point in these stores
because they feel so much nicer.
It's Primark.
It is £12, but it is still Primark.
Now I loved that knit vest so much
that I also picked up the navy version.
It's a very dark, dark navy,
almost verging on black.
You probably can't even tell on camera what colour it is,
but in true life, you look at it and you think navy.
That with like a camel trench over the top,
some wide leg pants maybe, or even some cream jeans.
It was, again, in a small at £12,
really thick ribbed, gorgeous fabric.
What is the fabric?
70% cotton.
That is why it feels so lovely.
70% cotton, 30% nylon.
So there you go.
Now you know.
Now this is a bit of a wild card option here.
I'm not sure how I feel about this.
I don't know if I'm going to keep it.
I went a bit trend, which is what I don't like to do,
but I did it.
I went with one of these unitards,
like a long jumpsuit unitard.
It is in the workout section of Primark.
I got a small and it's £14.
And I would have been buying this for comfort,
for throwing a big chunky cardigan over the top,
which is kind of how I was imagining wearing it anyway,
just around the house.
Probably will send this one back.
But if you like the unitard trend,
the jumpsuit trend, workout material things,
or kind of skims vibes, then yeah, £14,
I think is a pretty good price
for what is essentially an entire outfit.
Next up, I've got this dress.
It's kind of like a shirt style dress
with the collar and the pocket details on the front.
A gorgeous colour for spring.
Again, it's something that I'm testing out
a little bit more, navy.
I feel like Tom wears a lot of navy
and we're very similar complexions.
We've both got blue eyes, blonde hair, fair skin.
So I feel like navy, I should try more
because I love navy on him.
Sometimes black can be a little bit harsh
and I feel like this is a softer way
to wear a dark colour, especially into the warmer months.
Paired with like a nice tan bag
or my like Chloe basket bag, Chloe sandals.
I just thought this would be lovely.
It's buttoned all the way down.
Sometimes these buttoned down dresses gape a bit
because this one is a bit more oversized.
I sized up to a 12
and then it's got the tie waist to cinch me in.
It doesn't really matter
that I'm a bit bigger on the bottom.
It doesn't gape or anything.
What a lovely, expensive looking dress.
A nice looking outfit that looks well put together
and it's only 22 pounds.
So my second white t-shirt, I got that oversized one.
I've just noticed something.
This one is only eight pounds.
It's only eight pounds.
The other one was 12 pounds.
Okay, so look out for the white swing tag
because you may be surprised.
Honestly guys, it's the exact same.
It's the exact same t-shirt
just with a black tag versus a white tag
and it's still the Primark edit tag
but it's eight pounds and it's 12 pounds.
I'm looking at it in the mirror.
They are the exact same.
I've been cheated.
Right guys, look out for the eight pound one
because let's see, I've got another one here as well.
Yeah, this one's 12 pounds as well
but it is striped so maybe that's why.
I'll let that one off.
I'll let that one slide.
Again, in a small, this is the exact same material,
exact same fit and size and cut and everything.
Again, just in the striped version
for that kind of nautical look.
It is black, black stripes, not navy
but I guess you could pair it with navy quite nicely.
I've got these navy trousers
that I thought it would look quite nice tucked into
and these ones are like a smarter trouser.
Again, from the Primark edit range.
Told you I rinsed this section guys.
This one I picked up in a size 10
and they are 20 pounds, contains lyocell.
So you've got an idea of the fabric.
It's kind of like a smarter pair of trousers
I would say this one.
They are darted down, not darted,
like pleated down the front.
So yeah, just a nice, smart, not really that tailored,
semi-wide, like semi-tailored pair of trousers.
Again, just with a basic white tee
or that striped one with maybe some little pumps
or even chunky trainers for a more casual look.
I just really like it, 20 pounds for that.
And again, navy, injecting a bit of navy into my wardrobe.
The last of the really nice t-shirts
that I'm obsessed with, I did also pick up in this colour.
This one has had the price removed.
However, the black label, the black ribbon
makes me think it was probably 12 pounds as well.
But in a small 10 to 12, nice and boxy.
Again, these paired with like some cream jeans
would look really nice, white jeans,
maybe even like a navy trench thrown over the top,
basket bag for spring, summer, just such a good colour.
Actually a really nice shade as well.
You know, these kind of nude beige shades.
If I buy them a bit too light, they tend to wash me out.
This is a nice deep kind of beige colour
for me and my skin type.
So yeah, I did also pick up another basic top
and this time it's from the, you know,
they've got these almost second skin, not second skin.
They're like dupes for the Zara
Limitless Contour Collection, the ribbed, stretchy.
They've got leggings, like cycle shorts,
little cropped tops.
They are kind of sold as sets
and they had them in every different colour,
which you'll have seen in that vlog.
They did also have some of the tops
that they had in that set, were these one-shouldered ones.
So I didn't get them with the matching cycle shorts
or leggings, that's not how I'm imagining wearing this.
This is something that I thought would be really nice.
Again, it's just a basic capsule type top
to wear in summer with some nice wide leg beige trousers.
It reminds me of the top that I got
from Lydia's collection actually,
was pretty lavish, let me get it.
This is the one Lydia did.
It does feel a little bit smarter, I will say that,
but, and also the rib detail on it is slightly different.
But yeah, it reminds me of that.
Picked up this black version for four pounds,
this one, in a small.
The last and final item, again,
from the Primark edit range is this dress.
I got it in a medium, it was 20 pounds.
I don't know why I got a medium actually.
I don't know why I got medium.
Maybe there weren't any smalls left.
But I did think about belting this dress anyway.
It's got a slight slit on the side,
nothing too dramatic though.
So it is a loose fit T-shirt dress,
really gorgeous fabric.
It is slightly different to the T-shirts
that I've showed you.
It's a bit more slinky almost, but still thick.
That doesn't make sense.
I'm really bad at describing things.
But anyway, it's got pockets as well,
which I think adds a really nice touch.
But yeah, I thought this would be really nice belted
as well, like a big chunky black belt on there.
Some sandals in summer and just a nice T-shirt dress.
I had a couple from H&M last year
that I wore a lot during the summer.
I had a khaki colored one, white and black.
So now I've got a nice beige colored one as well.
So, so happy with all of my purchases.
Let me know which was your favorite.
I hope you enjoyed this video.
And if you did miss the vlog
and want to see some more items that were in stores,
then again, I will leave that linked
in the description box for you below.
Thank you so, so much for watching.
I'll see you guys on Wednesday for an upcoming vlog.

It's a bit of a different kind of dupes video.

And I will hope to see you all very, very soon
in my next video.
