Plant Haul || Planting Pitcher Plants || Shopping at Lowes || Garden Chat

In this week's vlog I do a lot of random things. ... as usual. haha!
For starters I picked up some great new houseplants and succulents from some nurseries and from walmart so I did a mini little plant haul. Canary dragons wing begonia is one of my favorites! In the plant haul I grabbed : Begonia, Cordyline fruticosa, sarracenias ( pitcher plants ) Senecio ( succulents ) , burro's tail / donkey tail, a huge false aralia ( great houseplant ) and an aeonium. ... a mix of tropical plants, annuals, houseplants, succulent haul and carnivorous plants. After the haul I put together a floating bog garden for my pond with the pitcher plants shown in the plant haul. I was going to put together my dog fountain after that but it got cold and rainy so I went to Lowe's home improvement instead because I needed a new pool sweeper and wanted to check out all of the new plants at Lowes. While doing the follow me around at lowes I got some wonderful Ostrich ferns a variety called, 'the king' ... a gerber daisy, geraniums, salvia and an extremely fragrant lavender! Once I returned home I went ahead and placed out the ferns in the garden and while giving a garden tour explained the design I have mind.
