Fresh parsley or coriander leaves : 2 Tbsp
Garlic : 1 Tsp finely chopped
Salt to taste
Black pepper : 1/2 tsp
Oregano : 1/2 Tsp
Olive Oil : 1 Tbsp

French loaf as required
Cheese as required
Oregano
Chili flakes
Olive oil 2 Tbsp to toast Bruschetta
