(Premier League 2022/2023): Highlights Brentford - Fulham

It is a piece of history, the first home game for the Bees against Fulham in the top flight of English football. And we're underway. And in their change-strip, Tim Ream immediately going to switch the play. They know the importance of the deliveries. That's a scuff shot and it's put away with the deflection. Ethan Pinnock, a strange thing to say after five and a half minutes, but it has been coming, Courtney. In the box, you always give yourself a chance. If it goes in straight away, if it comes off a defender like this, it doesn't matter. Tony's gone away, so it's down to Dovesguard or Umbermo. Right foot or left foot. Leno trying to cover it. He wasn't going to get anywhere near it, but it was just bending wide. It's been left to Tony or Umbermo. Tony takes. Oh, boy, does he take. Hits that sweet spot between the post and the crossbar. I think this is more of a strike through the ball. Or try and go low rather than trying to get it over the wall. They haven't got anyone in their draft-excluded position, as we call it. But they have now. Here goes Pereira. Oh, and Solomon puts it away. He scores again. Pereira did the work with the free kick. And Manor Solomon scores for Fulham for a fifth game in a row. Four of them in the Premier League. That is the big set-up. Undercooked. Anthony Taylor points to the spot. From these throw-ins, it's absolute chaos. Lots of people, lots of hands and arms in the box. And you see there, Diop is trying to go for the ball. But then he just comes through Norgaard to get it. And I think at that point, it's always going to be given as a penalty. Yeah, Villar having a check on it. Norgaard just getting his foot first. As he waits for the goalkeeper to commit himself. I guess Leno not going to do that. Here we go, he's still... It's extraordinary. How happy are they to have that man lead in the line. It's so cool the way he opens up his hips. And just slots it past the keeper. Tony. They set it up, Fulham surely. Oh, foot out of it now. Looked good. And into Sade here. Little turn. Just that little drop of the shoulder. Gets to the byline and then it's got the presence of mind. Ferreira. Oh, that's a good try. And following in was Vinicius. Pushed it out. Shot into the area where the forward could follow up if he was onside. Some real poor clearance initially. To hit it long and it was. Revenge over Marco Silva by the same scoreline. The home team wins 3-2.
