Highlights: Vitesse - AZ | Eredivisie 2022/2023

Number seventeen Vitesse and number three AZ Vitesse has 23 points AZ has a double and another one Don't miss the first four or five minutes of this match And so to remember it Thinking again about Theo Bos It happens every year It is now a sad but nevertheless a jubilee year February 28 2013 The year in which Theo Bos died at the age of 47 In the fourth minute Theo Bos played with four And no one else will ever do that again at Vitesse He will receive a big applause That's what we hope at least You can see the formation of Vitesse passing by on your screen There is only one change compared to the match against Ajax Arcus is back That means Ryan Flamingo is indeed on the bench for Jong Oranje Kerkes Goes Hatzidiagos and Soukawara Doelman is Matthew Ryan Mijnans Michailovic and Rijnders Michailovic joined the team due to the suspension of Jordi Clasie Carlson Pavlidis The men in front and naturally there as last Odgaard In addition Mijnans will take over Clasie's position If I have listened well to Pascal Janssen Beautiful moment fully applauded This is not well defended giving Vitesse a great opportunity Ryan intercepted A bit careless and also got into a fight by the way He didn't have to keep men but here it's already out of the picture The leek was trickier than he eventually turned out to be For sharpness the goalkeeper of Vitesse will also do well The ball swerved part of the play This is quite offside I would just as well raise the flag right away That is all unnecessary It was really meters out of play Yes the flag is now also raised But you could see it yourself from field 2 Has someone from Rijnders joined in That's not the case Short race right leg right foot right ear We will hear about it again but it was serious enough at least Ryan Flamingo in his place Whether it is also in its place we will see Countries Yes I had the opportunity to present the ball Oudgaard It's not that big of a difference Yet you get the impression that with Scherpen in this form he is always well informed ow the situation is in and around his goal On the edge of the 16th they are still waiting as Carlston is already trying it himself How It is 1-0 for AZ And there where just a minute ago you were giving Scherpen a compliment because he seems to have everything so nicely under control Let him just make a hole here And that's strange And AZ scores again from a corner kick which is a record Five games in a row Flamingo Oroz is being chased by Carlston Oroz is half-drowning There is danger from AZ When they take their time it's 2-0 Well well That should have been it Oudgaard knows Here AZ Vitesse stays alive Oroz stumbles and then Oudgaard looks Also that he had all the time to aim The chance Well a bit further out but Scherpen has to stretch a bit No matter how small the gap was AZ seems to be able to find it tonight here Pavlid is not out of play A bit pushed to the outside but he shoots very sharply there by the first pole It's certainly a bit easier for AZ with that 1-0 advantage It can also go a bit further back Is that weapon from speed of Mannenhoef further away But this can of course also Ryan Poging Bero Carlsen Kerkes Again Carlsen Almost Scherpen surprised The most threatening the most dangerous And the man who scored Jesper Carlsen Pavlidis was a bit faster and more alert too Does that mean anything for AZ Yes you could almost say that They can't get him in because there's a Vitesse team in the way Just enough for that And then also a quick continuation Witek How long does it take to get the ball there for the left It is not the best defended by Kerkes And then Vitesse comes to the backline To be in a position to act Weather Report Opgaard Opgaard holds firm But men easily give the advantage Tronstadt won the duel and so Vitesse can continue Encouraging applause from coach Cocu for Mannenhoff's attempt Kieper stops and thus faces the goalkeeper And this one too Michailovic could have done it should have done it Sent away in the 1-on-1 here No question offside A sharp Dijns back And is saved by the post She has it but she has sharp ones Pavlidis in the corner kick Sharp grabs it well for Rijnmond But it did not return it to Van Duivenbodem He would have liked that The attack must always be revived Hard and low Then it was the Church that took it away And that didn't make much difference but it's just not all of it Pavlidis Bero is now the man who plays further back with the arrival of the attackers It was ruined it was harsh but it was also sharp and precise This one counts but it doesn't matter because there was already a foul They still shout at each other at AZ to watch out it's not over yet and so on and so forth Witek of Van Ginkel of Makkeli You too Van Ginkel Headed for the last minute Will there be a chance for Vitesse Another free kick again The goal was defended by Haxi Diakos That's not very smart at all is it You could also say that opponent Van Duivenbodem feels quite good Witek what's it going to be It's definitely the last chance for Vitesse But yes if Van Ginkel can't reach the ball AZ stays in the race for anything 3-2 or 1 Quickly back in five days with an empty hand
