小補充：
傑克·多西在2006年3月創辦推特（Twitter），該平台曾在阿拉伯之春以及2010年代後期以來的全球民運活動中扮演重要角色。
2013年11月推特正式掛牌上市，2021年11月29日多西正式辭去推特 CEO 職務；
2022年10月，推特確定由伊隆·馬斯克收購接手。目前，馬斯克將推特先前的一些內部文件與自由撰稿人馬特·泰比、評論作家巴里·韋斯和作者邁克爾·謝倫伯格等人做了共享。
這三位獨立媒體人開始將有關的文件摘錄在推特上陸續發布出來，這就是「推特檔案」（Twitter Files）的由來。
