Highlights: PSV - FC Twente | Eredivisie 2022/2023

Welcome from Eindhoven The stadium is naturally full The interests for PSV are clear Europe is eliminated The quarterfinal of the cup is next week He wants to still be able to play a meaningful role in the competition Today a win against Twente will be necessary As always Sangaré Before he actually leaves the field Just let the moment speak for itself He is back at the base with PSV We have a few players available to us now that we didn't have access to before Feerman is back in the team again Mauro and him are crying as substitutes for PSV today Ramalho is central Van Aanholt is on the bench The midfield with Feerman Simons and Sangaré We think Goetie on the bench And Silva Fabio Silva He is in the starting line-up Met Luc de Jong and Bakayoko in front Bij Twente Prupper is back again just like Cherokee Regarding that match against Go Ahead Eagles Flap He is in the starting line-up It obviously comes at Stijn's expense He and Cherokee They will be greatly missed in Deventer It became clear that Twente's selection is not as broad as we all perhaps thought The team was missing several key players Also another former PSV player who is naturally missing today Zandilek He's still not back Well Jan will be very happy about the return of his Roekie and Prupper Brenet is skillfully making his way freely Silva is in the chase but Brenet has the lead Great start Mission Jan First moment perhaps for Twente But it's a weak role in Benitez's hands Black De Jong Convenient to roll out So he can pass it to Fabio Silva He skips Simons in one move to Bakayoko A loan between Simons and Bakayoko is good Return to Fabio Silva And it's a huge chance That was also the idea But that was just noticed Bramvoet and Ramalho of course as well Also Sangaré De Jong and Silva for the goal Maro Junior breaks in Luc De Jong Get back Veerman Try moving to the left What a nice start to the match There was at least some threat from both sides De Jong And ultimately Fabio Silva gets in by luck Second post is Bakayoko He places it right side out Very gently Towards Simon's Maro Black Simons Even leek De Jong already to have left But he's going to Bakayoko first He has that ball nicely What a beautiful pass Fabio Silva scores But also great thanks to Johan Bakayoko 1-0 PSV Second double in the Eredivisie For him And one for whom he also knew who to go to Today as a left-wing outsider The two who are responsible Fabio Silva and Johan Bakayoko Bakayoko Handy given He was well contained That's a corner then There is a lot of threat coming from the right side of PSV today He was once caught in a situation where the chairman could be pulled out by his robe The assistant At 1-0 And now another nice threatening ball from Bakayoko Werner Veerman No headroom Most have no easy headroom The young man took to the air Bramfwaite was already there The field isn't in great condition either That's probably because they played here on Thursday But not as good as we are actually used to from the Philips Stadion This one is really tasty Mission Jan is not out of play Dan really needs the race from Benitez Beautiful Easter Where Mission Jan is doing too little Nice ball But the two backs of PSV don't look good there And Vienna and actually also Mauro don't Saledi The ball is already full But he's performing well And that might have perhaps not been expected by Veerman He's already stepping in Flap Van Wolfwinkel who keeps getting pushed down To also be playable To occasionally get the ball Cerny Missie Jan is waiting again Go to Flap Cerny Shoot hard But no problem for Benitez Simons He is quick Faster than Prepper Wins that duel physically against Prepper That should never happen to the central defender And he almost gets the ball to Fabio Silva Good for Easter Then Prepper has a considerable lead In that duel where he so easily lets the ball slip away Mainly less of the central defender What did Sangaré do Veerman The young one gets Also just pulled hard on the ball Does he pass it No He tries it himself But he just can't find the shortcut Terouki The space is getting That is usually not wise Benitez is probably still thinking about it Yes He pushes him over Simons door is jammed At Twente Fabio Silva is next to him He can go for his second He just lies down again And then Simon has to go in of course With full conviction Now on the other side He scores and he gets in And it's 1-1 It seems no one has touched the door PSV lets the chance to lead 2-0 slip away And Twente scores just a minute later And if no one touches him He can no longer react either A difficult save for the goalkeeper It can happen very quickly Beautiful opening by Prepper Cerny No cover for Mauro So Cerny So the shot Benitez The ball is in the net Yes It's a goal And then he just won't go in Not this season This is a good quick attack by PSV Simons Bakayoko Himself Yes himself Luc de Jong could also go there Score on the head of Salah Yedin Bakayoko Off the second post Luc de Jong 2-1 PSV Second assist by Bakayoko A cross that an attacker can do something with Luc de Jong has been waiting for that for quite a while There was one in the first half He was for Fabio Silva Perfectly tailored Now another one comes And again Bakayoko takes him down Out of play But Brennet seems to be lifting it And then it's wonderful For the peak Van Wolfswinkel Oenerstal Veerman Fabio Silva De Jong No offside But Oenerstal in the 1-on- 1 The boss The race has begun A goal Good ball this Fabio Silva Preparing Shooting But Oenerstal Good save PSV had the chance for third place What you're saying Simons takes him along too Will that work It will Simons scores The boss of Sangaré is allowed to be there And the way you eventually take him along of course The assists are very nice And essential today for PSV Two nice ones from Bakayoko But this one can be there again And that seems too strong for Jans' team Sangaré There isn't that much space to reach Simon He manages it And then he has to take him along He does that well here He seems to have lost a little control But he is keeping control And he scores his eleventh goal of the season PSV won 3-1 against Twente Two assists from Bakayoko for Fabio Silva And Luc de Jong is in the starting line-up And then came the highlight of this match Where the boss of Sangaré was so beautiful The conclusion of Simon's is just as beautiful From taking to rest And the whole smart move to beat Oenerstal PSV does what it has to do Stay on the track of Feyenoord Ajax and AZ And still has hope for a spot He gets at least a spot in the Champions League And thus recovers from the European elimination With a 3-1 victory over Twente That the weather could not do in a result
