If it's not available, you can use this DMC ball shaped thread. Or you can use DMC or any other thread that is easily available. You will use 6 strands to make the boundary. For the leaves, I'm using a regular cotton thread. For the French knot, you can use any thread that is easily available. First, we will make the boundary of the leaves. I'm doing that with a bead stitch. Pass the needle through the thread. Pass the needle like this. And then pass the needle through the thread again. Don't tighten it too much. Pass the needle through the thread like this. Pass the needle through the thread again. Like this. Now, pass the needle through the thread again. Now, we will fill the leaf. First, we will make the center of the leaf. Take an extra needle. Pass the needle through the center of the leaf. Pass the needle through the center of the leaf again. Like this. You have to pass the needle like this. If you have 6 strands, you can use 2 or 3 strands of thread. If you have a single thread, you can use only one strand of thread. Pass the needle through the thread again. Like this. Leave a little bit of the thread. Pass the needle through the thread again. Take a small stitch. Pass the needle through the thread again. Take out the needle. Fill the leaf with the French knot. Now, we will make the leaf with a different stitch. I have used the same stitch to make the flower. Now, we will start filling the leaf. We will fill the leaf from this side. We have done this much. Now, we will do the same on this side. You can also make the leaf in this way. You can also fill the flowers in the same way. This stitch looks very beautiful. You can use this stitch on child's dress or frock.
