The African buffalo is one of the herbivores in Africa. Buffalo is one of the favorite prey, lions often face many difficulties to defeat adult buffalo in wild animals. Even so, they are still herbivores, their large size making it an ideal meal for lion pride.
Lions need to have a combination of pride or at least 2 individuals to be able to defeat a wild buffalo in wild animals. Large meals often have a lot of trade-offs, it can be laborious even though injured, but lions still don't have any meals. Although they are herbivores with large bodies and outstanding strength, if cornered they can kill even lions in wild animals.
It was too difficult to take down an adult buffalo the lions decided to aim for like a calf. When the buffalo herd is caught off guard, the lions will carry out their attack in wild animals. The calves that were not strong enough to resist were quickly killed and eaten by lions.
In the face of successive attacks from predators, the mother buffaloes began to become more alert in wild animals. The mother buffalo is always next to her calves, so the lion has no chance, just the presence of the mother buffalo immediately uses her horns to attack. The ferocity of the mother buffalo scared the lions to run away from the scene to save their lives in wild animals.
The large belly and the pain of birth make the buffalo weaker and the lion can easily kill such prey in wild animals. Therefore, wild buffaloes often choose enclosed areas or bushes to give birth safely. This buffalo while giving birth was discovered and killed by a lion at the scene. The male lion took out his cub and ate it in wild animals.
