Welcome from Los Angeles, downtown LA. Crypto.com Arena. Lakers fans filing in. Tonight, the Golden State Warriors and the Los Angeles Lakers. Third of four meetings this season. Thompson becomes the focal point. He cashed his one in to get the scoring started, Stan. The Warriors do play tomorrow night at home. And perhaps we'll see Wiggins tomorrow. And Russell finds Beasley. There's great chemistry with those guys already, Greg. And look at Green. No resistance. Wait. I thought the all-star game was Sunday, coach. Anthony Davis. If he's dominant, the Lakers have a chance. Wow. Davis with a great block. Lebron running the break. Kicks it to Beasley. DiVincenzo flies by. Beasley can light it up. He will shoot it every time he's open. And he will shoot it well. Lancer on the other end. Jonathan Kuminga with Lebron James on him. Anthony Davis's all-star game scoring record was broken Sunday. It was 52. And there's DiVincenzo for three. And look at Thompson. Wide open. Goes in his sleep. Davis off the window. Snaps an 8-0 Warriors run. Lebron James is literally not guarding Jonathan Kuminga. Russell goes strong and lays it in. Chris Haynes on our sideline. And the two fast-paced teams really going at it. And Brown knocks in his first three just into the game. Wow. What a finish. Vanderbilt. Cleaning up the mislayup by Brown. There are those triple handoff opportunities, but I'm sure you want to attack AD at the rim like that. Draymond makes the great pass to DiVincenzo on the back cut. They know his legacy is on the line as far as how many titles he wins because he's one of the greats. And they want to do all that they can to try to help him get that next title. Chris Haynes sort of dropping that he arrived at three o'clock. Is he the Lebron James of sideline reporters? Mbamba sticks a three. Well, the Lakers' defensive rating over the full season, 18th in the NBA. As Dennis Schroeder able to knock down the mid-range jumper. And Achimura there on the set up by Dennis Schroeder. LeBron goes and it falls off the window. LeBron James with the backdoor cut. Power jam. They want to let family business take care of itself and they want to give him all the space he needs. And they said the support is right there if they need him. All right, thanks a lot. Chris Haynes been reporting there. Austin Reeves with the verse. That one was not his best one. Ty Jerome has shot it well. He has. From three all year. Especially if they're going to give him that kind of time. Schroeder buries a triple for Los Angeles. Poole falls down, turns it over and Reeves. No gravity there to work with. Kaminga backing down. Beasley contact, it goes. And one for Jonathan Kaminga. Beasley's going to be called for the foul. Second chance here. Another offensive board for Davis. Brown hangs, can't finish. But Davis certainly can. I'd like to see him get more involved offensively though. Two shots for a guy of his talent. Beasley left wide open. He'll lace it up, knock it down. Davis, nice pass. Vanderbilt throws it down. Beautiful bounce pass by Anthony Davis. And a turnover for the Lakers. Jerome running the floor with the reverse. Lays it in. And right there, Klay Thompson might have fouled Brown on that steal. A board by Kaminga running the floor. And here is Thompson. And now Darvin Ham wants a timeout. Thompson laces one from way outside. Minga for three. And now Green gives him another offensive rebound. Leaves it for Kaminga. Fires it down. Poole to the hole. Poole knocks it down. Is fouled as he's knocked down. Poole, step back three. Down it goes. Jordan Poole. I have a better idea of how to play Beasley. A great addition for the Lakers. Poole lets another one fly. That one's in. Both teams have got to get back and get their defense set. And then the Warriors have got to cut their fouls. LeBron James gets up the first shot of the second half. Slow first half for LeBron. Just five points. Vanderbilt setting up Beasley. Yeah, knocks it down. Three-pointer is good. Schroeder, nice find. And the three-pointer is good from Reeves. What a pass from Schroeder. There's Green. Left-handed layup is good. Here comes LeBron out of the pack. Lakers running with him. And Reeves fakes it. Scores it. Thompson. Three-pointer is good for Klay Thompson. Look at that finish. Wow. And Reeves finds LeBron. That's a three ball and it's good. Corner three for LeBron James. Steven Chenzo on the second chance. Kaminga trying to keep it alive. Reeves on the run. Reeves lays it in. The Lakers just destroying Golden State in transition. Draymond Green. A little teardrop is in. And once again, we talk about Dream. Here's Jerome. And he can't hit it. And it's Looney right there again. Looney. Two offensive rebounds for the Warriors. And Looney cashes one in. Second chance here for the Warriors. They've been cashing in. And Thompson adds two more. That is going to be a turnover. And Reeves on the breakaway. The two-handed jam. Looney ends up on Beasley. Gets a step. And a little floater is good. Went up and over Lamb. Lakers want to push. Reeves finds Beasley. And another one is good. Mo Bamba for three. Knocks it down. He's a spot-up three-point shooting bid. And I think he can play a nice role for this team off the bench. And guys, Darvin Ham understands the margin of error is very slim. Malik Beasley giving him a big game tonight. Lamb, tough shot. Looney right there with the follow. Well, what I've said before, I am undefeated. What that record really shows, because I'm always right. And LeBron with a head of steam going right at Lamb. And lays it in. Great train coming, LeBron James. And we also charted what we call dodges, which is what Dwayne Hill just did there. That was a dodge, yes. All right, Steve Kerr, even though it's early here, seeing if he can get a little bit of a spark. But if not, you save the rest as Achi Mura throws it down. Achi Mura, shot fake, goes to the rack. A little razzle-dazzle. And lays it in. They've had two games, and they've been two impressive games. But these are the games you have to win right now if you're the Lakers. Patrick Baldwin. Oh, nice fetish with a left hand by Baldwin. First rounder, late in the first, 28th pick this past summer. Achi Mura. A little pull-up is good. Signature game as a Laker for Beasley. Just getting his feet wet, his fourth game, but for 25 points. Knocked down seven three-pointers. Moody is fouled on his way in. Yeah, when I used to have to coach against LeBron's teams in Cleveland, J.R. Smith scared us. He wasn't a high-percentage three-point shooter, but he shot so many of them. Yeah, he can have a game where he hits six or seven and shoots you out. Baldwin, he'll let it fly, and he'll knock it down. Tell you, Baldwin, he's 6'10". He can shoot it. Yeah, Kuminga, he's part of the young breed with the Warriors. Lamb gives it right back. Ty Jerome for three. That's good. Ty Jerome hits a three-pointer. We want to send our condolences out to the great director of the Golden State Warriors, Raymond Raymond. His entire family is heading for the services after this game tonight. They've really changed the team with these trades, and that's one of the biggest ways they've done it. A little backdoor cut. Moody is fouled, and one for Moses Moody. But in the other two years, not even in the playoffs. Patrick Baldwin hits another three-pointer. Lakers, back-to-back wins. One before the break, one coming out of the break.
